Oh Balls! is an absolutely amazing food truck that I recently had the pleasure of visiting. I ordered the "Smashed Ballger," and it was a dish that completely blew me away. This dish is made with a smashed meatball, spicy garlic aioli, Jack cheese crisp, bacon/onion jam, dill pickles, and served on a King's Hawaiian roll.
