The last couple of visits to eat at this location have been below average. Don't recommend this location. Go to the South Hulen location which is MUCH better.

Beware. Reconsider ordering from Olive Garden. I used the online Olive Garden App to order dinner to be delivered from the Alta Mere location. When we received the order the first meal ordered (Lasagna) was missing. When I called to inquire, they said that part of the order didn't reach them. I was told that orders placed through app goes through a third party. When you pay over $82.00, you expect it all to be there. Beware
I use to choose Olive Garden as one of my last choices to go to. The marinara was the same on all dishes..bland. Now that they have the three meat blend spicy sauce, it's my favorite Italian food. The salad is always good.

So friends and family of mine that receive snap benefits were able to get their free meals for their family. And when I called and asked about it I was denied twice with a small child under 12 so I just don't see how it's fair for some people to receive and some people can't.

Restaurant is always freezing cold. Kids and I need winter jackets each time it's that cold. Been to location a few times and last couple times, service has been a Miss. Refill on drinks was rare, did soup and salad lunch special and took almost an hour for two small bowls of soup. Restaurant was not even busy. There were more employees than customers. Will drive to another location going forward

Was a little loud.main issue is two of our party didn't get to eat. Their food was brought out cold. And it wasn't brought back out. The manager was made aware and he came over to make it right.

Its was good service. My party wished salads and soups were out sooner before meals came out. Waitress was very patient with my niece that's very demanding when we go out to eat for birthdays.

Jenna took care of our table of 15 all by herself with no issue. We had lots of request and we didn't have to repeat ourselves. She is truly an amazing server and we appreciate her work ethic and she did it so gracefully. Thank you.
