Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We had a waitress that told us this was her first day working and was very pleasant. She had just had twins. She was very courteous and did a wonderful job for us. We are happy we came in.

Visited to celebrate a friend’s birthday and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Our server Mya was attentive at the beginning of the meal, but midway through she became engaged in an extended conversation with another table, making it difficult for us to receive service. I eventually had to ask another staff member for assistance.

My friend was given a complimentary tiramisu for her birthday. While eating mine, I bit into two sharp pieces of plastic, which could have caused injury. We immediately informed the server, but there was no visible concern or effort to address the situation or follow up.

Overall, the lack of attentiveness and failure to respond appropriately to a serious food safety issue made this an unpleasant experience.

The servers were uncoordinated and inattentive that day for lunch for a group of 12. The table setting was too crowded with too many chairs.

Alfredo pasta tasted raw. I aske the waiver for a soup, she assume it was to go and told me it was for additional charge. Usually Olive Garden I been they never question a salad or soup as they are unlimited.

My family came and we had Justin as our server. We had an exceptional experience with him. He was funny and kept the air lighthearted and happy. He was also very attentive to our needs. I think the manager got onto him but we had a great time and will be sure to ask for him next time we visit.

Got a salad. Grilled chicken. Meatballs. Not too bad. Dressing and bread was good as well. Certainly going back. Staff were not that social and friend. They were nonsense, about business and they got the order right. After a long day of work i appreciate the approach.
