Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I normally don’t leave reviews for chain restaurants, but Kourtland S. absolutely deserves recognition. Her service was beyond great—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She truly made this Olive Garden experience stand out and incredibly enjoyable. Thanks to her, we’ll definitely be back. Great job, Kourtland!

Staff is amazing. I had the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks for lunch. Everything tastes so very good and was fresh. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review, because the little machine that sits on every table that allows the customer to pay for their meal. We'll the one on my table was dirty especially on the back side of it. I just paid my check directly through my waitress.

You have front hostesses that tell you to call ahead and a manager which ive tried several times. When i get there with a large group, we cant be seated at all. Its ridiculous. Your running off paying customers that could had given a waitress a high tip. So its your loss. This is ther Heritage/alliance location. The Tanger mall location 20 minutes up the road is nothing like this rude disrespectful location.

I came in around 9:20 pm and the server was very nice and the food came out fast and fresh. The alfredo was super good and I was out a little before 10 PM.

FOOD - Thankfully, my order of Gorgonzola Alfredo was good, but the pictures on the menu are always deceiving. Plates are never picture full. SERVICE - good. ATMOSPHERE - good & always seating areas are available anytime of the day.

This is not the closest Olive Garden to my home but I will always do the extra drive to come here! Ramiro took care of us today and service like his is the exact reason why I will continue to make the drive! He is such an AMAZING waiter! I recommend this location as I’ve never had a bad experience here.
