Having to re-rate now. The last 2 times my family has been here we have ended up with Miguel O. He is the worst waiter I've ever had. He refused to give us bread plates because he brought salad plates. He's combative when you ask for things. We won't be back until Miguel is gone

I went and asked for the tour of Italy asked if I could replace the chicken with the spaghetti and meat sauce, he comes back and my plate was wrong they replaced my fettuccine with the spaghetti and meat sauce then I proceeded to ask nicely if I could get it right and he said no he can’t substitute anything but how come he substitute it the first time? To get my fettuccine I ended up paying 6 dollars and didn’t eat the chicken. Worst service I’ve had so far in this location!

Faith was a wonderful waitress. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Only issue was, the chicken and shrimp for the fettuccine Alfredo were overcooked and hard.

Selena is one of the best waitress. She was very polite attentive and stayed on top of all our needs. She needs to be at a fine dining place. She outdoing all these young kids at Olive Garden.
