OOOWWWEEE Wangz N Catfish

Just got my food from this place and it was exhausting!

I put my order in online at 6:22pm. Didn't get my order till 2 hours later!!! I got my food and I asked the lady is all the sauces in there. She got a nasty attitude asking me about sauces. I paid for extra ketchup and tartar sauce ALSO paid for the strips to have boomerang sauce. Finally got home and guess what. No tartar sauce, no boomerang sauce. $30 for food with a SURPRISED 2hr wait time, missing PAID sauces and a nasty attitude? I'm better off going to Lisa's nasty ass chicken. I wasnt being rude. All l did was give her my last 4 phone numbers and asked for the sauces.

Advice: Fix your website with accurate wait times instead of fixin your mouth with an attitude. And don't rush people away from the counter when they try to check if everything is there. Rushing your customers at the front when you took 2 hours on 2 catfish & 3 chicken tenders is crazy. There was no line behind me.

Great customer service but the food was trash. Chicken wings taste like left over chicken refried. Definitely a disappointment and waste of money. If they change the grease and cooked fresh chicken It would’ve been a hit but you won’t get me twice smh.

My son ordered a 4 piece wing combo for me and the same for him via delivery. The food was hot however, the wings were VERY tiny. This isn't the first time this has happened. The first time I was like it may be an off day, but it wasn't. Their food used to be excellent and the wings were a decent size. I get inflation but Wingstop wings are bigger than Oowwee's whole wings. Very disappointed.

I always will make the drive for the wingz. And I find myself either eating them in the car or rushing home because eating them while they are hot and freshly cooked is the best

Wow, the food is incredible here highly recommend to anybody. I never had catfish. This good. I will definitely be sending a lot of people to this location.!!!

My husband viewed your website on YouTube. We like going to different eatery on the weekends. Your site listed the operation hours and it stated that you are open from 3-8 on Sundays! I drove from White Settlement to your location and was highly disappointed to find it closed! The voicemail stated that you were taking orders and to hold. Several other customers arrived as well. Suggestion: Update your website and your voicemail if Sundays are days that you are closed! Business 101: operation hours need to be post at the location and if hours change, update social media! I feel like I wasted my time driving across town to a location that was not even open! We love supporting black owned businesses, but this was a miss on your part.

They charge for condiments if I order fish I should get an tatar sauce fish under cook fries taste old order an lemon pound cake they buying them from Albertsons resale them and charge me total of .62 for two packs of hot sauce I didn't even get i will not be going back and I want recommend to any of my friends

Tried for the first time. Now the customer service was amazing but once I got my food it goes down from there. It was hot. My fish was undercooked and very fishy. The fries were the best part. The wings weren't all the way there either.

I would NEVER Eat there. Very bad reviews and their response to customer's reviews are very NASTY & RUDE.

If it real catfish butter milk and lemon and let it soak before you fried it. That will take the fishe taste from it. And your soda was flat.
