Was so disappointed..spare ribs were so fatty and buried in bad BBQ sauce..hamburger had a terrible spicy some kind of pickle. Blooming onion was good, until half way through I saw it was sitting in a pool of grease..was so disappointed Just an aside..I did get an email from Outback, who said they wanted to make my experience a good one..they would get back to me..uh..still waiting..glad I'm not holding my breath

The to go crew at night is disrespectful and dont acknowledge you. The young curly hair female who is in charge of the to go station will stair at you through the kitchen door and throw paper ball recipes at her colleagues and manager. They horse play. The manager doesn't seem to care as she saw me and acted like she didn't. I will never spend good money at this location ever again. Where is the pride? The work ethic? The food is great. Much props to the cooks. It the people that represent them is the issue.

My husband and I and 2 other couples recently dined at the Outback.l on Bryant Irvin in Ft. Worth. The atmosphere was okay; there weren't many people there at 5 pm on a Sunday. Our waiter was pretty good although we had to wait quite a bit for our entree after the salads. The other people in my party were satisfied with their meals but they said it was nothing to write home about. My meal on the other hand was horrible. I ordered the Shrimp on the Barbie appetizer as my meal. The meal looked like it had come straight out of the walk-in refrigerator, pre-made, and they just put it in the microwave or something to heat. The Shrimp were not plump at all and they had no pink color to them at all, which would signify that they were fresh. The bread, at least I think it was supposed to be some kind of bread, underneath the shrimp, was like shoe leather. In fact, this was my friend's description of it. I was trying to cut off a piece of it with my STEAK KNIFE and I couldn't even cut through it. As I was sawing away, my friend said, "what is that, shoe leather?" I should have sent it back but since my group had already waited so long for their entrees, I didn't want to hold things up anymore. Anyway, needless to say, I am very disappointed with the entire experience! I haven't been to Outback in quite some time and I assure you that I won't be going back anytime soon.

Had a family lunch there today with family members, some not seen in awhile, celebrating birthdays. While the food was very good, waitress was minimal at best. She never removed 1 dirty dish from table even when asked to do so. Trying to get to go boxes into bag was a hassle. I spent many years as a server and that was always drilled into us to pre buss tables. We wanted to stay a little longer to enjoy dessert, but with table so dirty with empty dishes it was impossible, so we just left.
Recommended dishes: Bloomin' Onion, Baked Potato Soup, French Onion Soup, Shrimp, Steak and Lobster

You're better off sitting at a table instead of the bar. Bartender will ignore you because he's only paying attention to the regulars. First time I've been to an Outback in 10 years. I won't visit one again.

Everything about the experience was so under delivered. Bread was dry and stale. Food wasn’t great, servers were non existent. Looked around no staff was on the floor. We only returned because we got a gift card but I didn’t even want to spend my friends money on this so I’ll save it for Carrabbas or Flemings.

1-2-2025 updating my review. Food was terrible, there was not one waiter in the floor, or manager so I got up and got close to the kitchen doors and asked a gentleman who’s name escapes me but recognized me from the many years I had been coming there. I remember when it first opened. It’s just sad how bad the service and poor quality of food is. I will post a picture and let you decide. I also took a video of the floor and there was no one tending the customers. Go across the freeway to Texas Roadhouse.
Place is good food is good and service is good beside the employees talking more than working

Only getting 2 stars cause the waitress was really good my steak had to be sent back twice and was charred on the outside m, the drinks are a joke I had 3 and felt no type of alsohol was even in them then we had gotten there late and I guess we’re taking too long so the turned all the out I guess signaling us to leave… I won’t ever eat at this location again…

My Mom and I went out for a girls’ night tonight and we decided to try Outback steakhouse for the first time! We had the best server, Marley, who took great care of us and was so on top of everything. She was amazing. The owner, Chad, was there tonight and he made us feel so spoiled! Truly a great team and great food!
