Came here because I had gift cards. There was no line to be seated, but we did have to wait just a short moment to come and seat us. The food was good and so were my drinks. I would have preferred my steak a little more done. I asked for medium well. My husband's steak was a little tough. Cowan was a fabulous server, and so was the kitchen. My companion said her dinner was excellent. Or waiter, Jason offered to replace my steak when my first cut revealed it was a bit overdone.
The worst part was that it was full of gristle. Tough to the very end, it should have been served ground. The sides were fine and Jason's service was outstanding.

I wish my steak had been up to part. Glad I don't have dentures.
