Went with a few friends, 3 got steaks one got pork chops. The steaks were...not good, I could've done a better job for half the price at home. The pork chops were very fatty cuts, never had that issue before.
They didn't have potatoes...like baked or mashed...at a steakhouse. Bummer.
The Mac N Cheese was good though, and the server wasn't rude.
The manager came and talked with us, we didn't ask her to, so plus points for being pro active, and she took the chops off the check since it was inedible.
I probably wouldn't go again unless someone else was buying. Longhorns is very close on the same road, I'd probably go there.

The food was not good. The staff is extremely nice and friendly and deserve praise for that and they hired very well. The steak tasted very off idk if it’s their seasoning blend but it wasn’t great. Would go again for the staff and drinks but not for much else

The customer service was fantastic. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. The food was just average, though. The filet mignon definitely does not look like the picture. It was not tender like all other filets I've had. The taste was good, but the texture was rough. The mash potatoes were decent. The baked potato soup was on par. The bread was very good. The fried mushrooms were salty. The blooming onions were fine. Overall, though, it's just enough to be average.

Wow my meal was divine! It is expensive but we went out to celebrate so it was worth it. I can't wait to return.

The server we had was very nice, but very slow...slow to greet, slow to bring drinks, slow to refill drinks.
But beyond that, both my wife and young son vomited numerous times shortly after leaving. Sure enough, they shared a meal (ribeye). When I sent an email to the store and corporate, they never responded.
As a former Bloomin Brands team member, I certainly expected more. Sad.

The Good: Blue Chz Salad, Bloomin Shrimp The Bad: Seated us next to an Outback Meeting going on. At LEAST ten employees standing in a group. When I say “next” to us, we could reach out and touch the group! The Ugly: Bread was rock hard (and this was only lunch time. The Brussels Sprouts also rock hard. Unchewable. We sent back. Still hard. The waitress tried for a third time, and even said she cut them into smaller pieces. That did the trick! The toppings on Brussels were excellent (although peppers tended to overwhelm the other good flavors.) Minus peppers for me next time. Steak was under seasoned, and I will ask for extra seasoning next time. One more mention- if a customer asks for extra ice, PLEASE continue extra ice thru the whole meal. Yes, there will be a next time. Once they got it right - it was great!

We came there tonight for my mom's Birthday and was truly an awful experience that was blamed on a new system. We could not get refills timely, took forever to get out drinks in the first place, then we ordered and nothing came out together. After everyone else got their food, I was still waiting on my burger. Finally after looking around and realizing I was the only one without anything, and no more orders was coming out, I asked about my burger. They said oh I am sure it is back their waiting. Then 10 min later was told oh they were still cooking it and will be right out. Another 10 min later, the burger came out, and was complete wrong. #1 everyone was already done eating and waiting on me for the cake. So I just told them to take it back it was wrong. There was no apologies, no manger came out to check on it or anything.
So I just told them we would do the cake because was not going to have everyone waiting on another burger to be made and for me to eat.
I had people I was paying for except my burger, but when they brought the checks, they were all screwed up. We had to do the checks 3 times for it to get right. Again, no manager or anything.
So between drinks, food coming out at different times, mine being forgotten, then comes out wrong, then the checks, this was a ridiculous experience.
I will be leaving a bad Google review.
