The server was not busy but was horrible. Took 20 mins for alcohol drink, and then the next took 30 and tried to give us our ticket to pay after he just served the drink. The food came out cold but another server had to refill our water. I get it NYE but they weren't busy yet. No offer to comp drinks or apologies about anything. Very disappointed

The food is reliably good. The kitchen knows what they are doing. The ambience is fine, although it's a bit too dark. The establishment is clean and sanitary. The noise level is moderate. The service is not good. Our waiter was friendly, but completely unprofessional. He kept saying, “Bet” whenever we asked him for something, and we usually had to ask for it multiple times because he forgot. We had to pre-buss our own table throughout the meal as they would leave dishes, but never picked any up and we ran out of table space.

I made reservations on Open Table to eat with my family here on Christmas Eve. The entrance was pretty crowded but I walked up to the hostess stand. I had to wait 4-5 minutes before the two hostesses acknowledged I was there then they asked “Have you been helped yet?” (They were the only two people there to help anyone). I gave them my reservation information and the hostess informed me there was a glitch in the system and some reservations were made for 12/24/1980. I confirmed mine was for 2025. She said she would add me to the list. I asked how long that wait was and she said 30-45 minutes. I stated again that I had a reservation. She said she could seat us now outside (which was fine since it was warm out). The whole check in process took about 15 minutes. More and more people kept piling in the restaurant for 6:45 reservations. One guest told me last year PF Changs didn't have record of her Open Table reservation. Once we were seated the service was fine. The music was very loud outside, especially mixed with the traffic/street noise, but our server was very kind and turned down the music when I asked.

We made a last minute reservation gor 5 to dine before the Nutcracker. We had a short wait but once we were seated, the service was prompt and food delicious. All the staff were polite and attentive. Couldn't have been happier with the experience.

Manager Mr. Ben is absolutely delightful. I left my debit card and he was willing to mail it to my home in Houston. I ended up going back to the restaurant and met him in person and oh my gosh he was just as amazing in person. Good ole fashioned customer service still exists and I’m happy about that! I truly appreciate Ben’s kindness and great conversation.
We had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s! Our bartender, Deja, was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Her service really made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Deja, she did an outstanding job!
