I made reservations on Open Table to eat with my family here on Christmas Eve. The entrance was pretty crowded but I walked up to the hostess stand. I had to wait 4-5 minutes before the two hostesses acknowledged I was there then they asked “Have you been helped yet?” (They were the only two people there to help anyone). I gave them my reservation information and the hostess informed me there was a glitch in the system and some reservations were made for 12/24/1980. I confirmed...

We made a last minute reservation gor 5 to dine before the Nutcracker. We had a short wait but once we were seated, the service was prompt and food delicious. All the staff were polite and attentive. Couldn't have been happier with the experience.

Manager Mr. Ben is absolutely delightful. I left my debit card and he was willing to mail it to my home in Houston. I ended up going back to the restaurant and met him in person and oh my gosh he was just as amazing in person. Good ole fashioned customer service still exists and I’m happy about that! I truly appreciate Ben’s kindness and great conversation.
