You will not find a better combination of outstanding customer service and delicious quick lunch in all of DFW. In a time where prices climb as consumer experience just gets worse, Pak A Pocket is a rare gem.
I don't tend to place much importance on customer service but stopping by for my falafel always ends up putting a smile on my face.

This place has an average of 4.8 stars while I’m writing this. They are very friendly and have great service with a smile. But the food is okay, I don’t get it the hype. The special today was a ham pita with chips, a cookie and a drink, which was a pretty good deal and it was tasty, but it didn’t blow me away. The falafel pita seemed under cooked and didn’t have a lot of flavor. I wanted it to be so much better because how nice they were and because of the high reviews.

Great lunch place for pita sandwich or other Mediterranean dishes. Good value.
9/10 super warm environment, staff was welcoming and they brought out the food before we even picked a seat! Not sure how it could get any better 🥳 the Gyro was complex and delicious and the Taco special was well seasoned and also delicious. The homemade cookie was the cherry on top to finish off a fantastic meal.

Pak A Pocket is one of my absolute favorite spots! The people there are the sweetest, and I’m completely obsessed with their falafel pocket — it’s hands down my go-to order. Even though I don’t get to visit often because it’s a bit far from me, they always remember me, which makes every visit feel special. Highly recommend if you’re craving something fresh and delicious! Veg friendly!

Cozy but not modern. Good food...I had the gyro salad which was tasty but I wish it had more tomatoes 🍅 (mine had two very small pieces) abd black olives (none).
