Palio's Pizza Cafe On Tap

The food is okay. My main gripe with this place is that they'll tell you your food isn't ready yet and then you'll see them place it up on the oven in the kitchen and let it sit there for 10 or more minutes while they serve customers who got there after you before they actually give it to you. This used to happen to me often as a doordash driver and it just happened to me again as a customer. If the one person on register can't get my food to me in a timely manner then have someone else do it, it's not that complicated.

Really bad - ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and the spaghetti was so overcooked it had completely disintegrated. Will not order from this place again. *Also did not include the marinara sauce on side, that I added.

I've loved Palio's in the past as a person who has a gluten allergy, but recently we ordered and it was honestly really terrible. It was clear the recipe changed or they use a new gluten free base and it had a horrible texture and the taste was awful, so I feel like I have to give up what used to be really good GF pizza because they decided to change the base likely to save some money. For a pizza that ends up being 20 bucks for a medium, it's not worth it to eat bad pizza.

Nasty ass attitudes and rude for no reason. Picked up a dd and seen the lady give a receipt to a dder in front of me, I couldn’t get mines. Been there plenty of times ddng and never had a problem until now.

Great Italian/Pizza restaurant.

This location has a great lunch special. Tread lightly when you order the spicy Pizza they're the real deal. This location is very clean and has great staff.

You are better off going to olive garden.
The chicken parmesan was not good. Not worth 14 dollars. The bag they put your food in does not do a good job at making sure your food does not leak all over your car seat. The cheese bread was good but the edges are super burnt.
I was not greeted when I walked in to place an order. The plus sized Caucasian woman who took my order was not too friendly. She looks like she fantasizes slapping customers daily.

This is the most disappointing food I’ve ever had.
I can’t even believe I spent my money on this. I spent $16 on a pasta that was NOTHING. NOTHING. SIXTEEN DOLLARS

Doesn’t start delivery order until it is already late. Then accuses driver of trying to steal order they had to wait for. There are plenty of pizza places in DFW, give this one a hard pass.
