I appreciate that they weren't upset about remaking an order. I know gluten-free crust is difficult to work with and takes a lot of added ingredients to make it taste like the real deal. Thank you for understanding. They remade a beautiful and delicious chicken and pineapple pizza for my son. He loved it and crust was soft enough for him.
Overall a great place to eat the food was fresh and fairly fast, they had board games to use if you wanted to just hang with friends and I will definitely be returning. Fair prices for the quality and quantity of the food with the specials they run
I LOVE Palio’s especially this location. I have celiac disease and get nervous eating out due to cross contamination. However, I have never gotten sick here, and they have a separate kitchen for their gluten free pizzas. The staff are always super helpful and kind, especially Patrick! Such a home slice! Palio’s is my Texas gem :) highly recommend the gluten free Molly’s pizza!
