What an amazing place and super awesome staff! We were in town for my granddaughters last cheer competition. Senior 2026. We had 13 in our group. We tried two other restaurants in the stockyards were turned away and they were not even busy! We found Paloma Suerte and were immediately assisted. The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was very good. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful. So sorry I can’t remember her name. She was phenomenal! We sat right in front of the kitchen. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful last night in Fort Worth for our family and friends.
Ordered the birria tacos, aguachiles, and steak kabob. It was amazing great flavor. Spoke to the Chef Kemele I think that’s how it’s spelled ahhaa. Anyways great service, great food good people.

Skylar was great. We had a food allergy in our group and she made sure our food was cooked separately. Duck tacos and chicken Quesadillas were great.

I am basing my review on this restaurant’s ability to service our large group of 30. I do a lot of corporate events at some of the most notable upscale restaurants around, and am usually disappointed. When you have a group that size, restaurants tend to fall flat when it comes to getting everyone their food hot, at the same time, and Lee up with guests’ beverage orders.
This place dedicated a TON of staff to our group, and not only did everyone have full glasses of their chosen beverage at all times, but we also got sizzling hot food all at the same time, and it was GOOD. Im from Texas and have had a ton of high-end Mexican food, and this place is up there. Im very impressed with a management team that is able to staff and accommodate a demanding group like ours. We had a blast and will definitely be back.

Don't bring you're kids if you want to eat. We had a party of 8 with kids plenty of unoccupied tables and while the stockyards had a parade & cattle drive they said it was 1hr wait. Pretty disappointed with this experience.

Would have been okay for our work dinner if there hadn't been a huge TCU crowd next to us. We couldn't even hear each other. Food was mid at best.

Very delicious food, attentive and friendly staff, a little loud.
No kids meal, but the duck quesadillas and tortillas were a hit. The duck birria tacos and carne asada skewers were terrific. Margaritas can't be beat!

A must stop while in FW Stockyards Mule Alley. The food is outstanding as is the service and ambience. The Birria tacos are excellent. The carne asada skewers may be the best thing on the menu. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating but there could be a wait. There is also bar seating. The drink menu is top shelf.
