Pancho's Mexican Buffet

Poncho's used to be my favorite restaurant, growing up. I don't believe that I am overreacting when I say that the food is horrible now. The service is good, the people are always good, the environment still has that poncho's feel to it, but they don't put any energy in their food like they use to. They need to go back to the drawing board with their cooks

It’s been years since I’ve been to a Pancho’s and I was so underwhelmed. The food was bland and no flavor. Worst of all the person serving our food who ended up also being our waitress was so RUDE! Everyone else seemed to have a good customer service face but she was just down right rude. At one point we raised the flag (we only did it once) and she came over and rudely said “what do you want??” Then when she came back rolled her eyes and walked off. Will never go back again. Be prepared to be confused with the customer service when you go.

For a buffet restaurant, the food was very good. I loved the flag raising to get refills. The dessert options, while not plentiful, were nice. Very quiet for a buffet.

Not like I remembered it from being a kid but all in all it was Pancho's yay raise the flag

THIS WAS THE WORST FOOD IVE EVER ATE idk who cooked here but they need to be fired ASAP!!!!!!!! Mac n cheese tasted like cardboard the food was gross water melon warm and dry salsa was water eith tomatoes thrown in and maybe so food dye it was gross. Let's not start with the bathrooms women's restroom had a fowl oder and paint chipping off the stalls with CURSE WORDS everywhere. Men's bathroom had pee in the urinals and when flushed nothing haopend just more water added. I do not recommend I hope they go out of business this is not even dining on a budget it just sucks. Ice cream was good.

Food was ok but we came in close to closing so it was to be expected. Was happy to get fresh sopapillas even though it was late! They were all super friendly and service was faat.

Dirty restaurant, no smiles on faces of employees. Buffet servers rushed us through as though sending cows to slaughter. Man checking us out did not smile or welcome us either.

This location was the first Pancho's I was taken to back in the 70's. And I have loved it every since. 🥰 back then it was 5.95 but today it was 18.95

This place truly is a hidden gem. I celebrated my birthday here, and it was fantastic. The atmosphere felt very welcoming, and initially, I assumed it would be pricey. However, when the food arrived, I was blown away because the chicken was incredibly tasty, enough to finish my entire plate. When the bill came, I was like what; it was so very reasonable assuming how delicious the meal was. I left feeling really happy and would definitely recommend Pancho Restaurant to anyone seeking for best food at a great value.

The staff was the only saving grace here. This place is run down and empty. A mossuleum of the 90s. The food had obviously been sitting out for a long time. Its a shame that a fun childhood memory is slowly slipping out of business.

The food is pretty hit or miss. But when it's good, its just like the old days. Filling, satisfying, and nostalgic. This location is like taking a step back in time, which I love.
