The customer service was good, the employees were really nice. The protein portions in the bowls are so not properly portioned tho. You’re paying $10 for essentially 95% noodles or rice and 5% not even of “protein” which is mostly vegetables.

I'm with door dash I guess they decide to lock the doors early 9:35pm I pull the doors they look at me like I'm crazy I go through the drive thru the line was long I pull up they said I have to come inside I tell the girl it's locked she said she didn't care it was policy to come in and continued to argue about coming thru the drive thru then turned around n said the chicken teriyaki was out out was gonna be a 10 min wait after I got a message saying the order was ready dashers stay away!!!!

Jimena Was Rude we ordered a bowl and 2 plates and a Mexican coke and 1 order of spring rolls. Didn’t get the bowl or the Mexican coke and also was told we couldn’t get teriyaki chicken because they had online orders and it wasn’t going to be enough also didn’t get a chance to scan my rewards and seems like rushed to just get us out the store. This establishment is horrible.

I ordered a plate with shrimp that they already charge you an extra $1.50 and I understand it, but my plate of $12.00 became $21.00 just because I told the employee that she only put me a shrimp and automatically charged me for an extra portion without asking me and with a horrible attitude and another employee at the cash register with the same horrible attitude, come on managers pay attention to this business,need a better customer service! And be fair on the portions

Horrible quality AND absolute joke for quantity. My plate and the two other people I ate with got the same thing for takeout. Got it back to work to eat and had four tiny pieces of beef. Paid good money for this crap.

I stopped by at 11 PM to pick up a DoorDash order and was very disappointed with the service. The employee at the window ignored me multiple times, and I had to knock just to get acknowledged. When she finally gave me the order, she handed it to me without a word and then slammed the window shut. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the store. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers and delivery drivers are treated with respect.

I made it to this location at 745 iaskd the lady for a sample of the rice because sometimes it's under cooked, she told me they're not allowed to give a sample but I've gotten a sample before

Ordered 3 bowls of Orange chicken with chow mein noodles all 3 bowls were filled with cabbage with just a few noodles. Terrable management!

I was very disappointed the fork holder looked like it had not been cleaned as you can see by the pictures. This really threw me off and it made you wonder how clean the kitchen was. They forgot part of our order.
