So I've tried this location multiple times and this will be the my last time going. This location is never on time with its online orders. I've had over 5 experiences where I had to wait an extra 30-45 minutes after giving them 30 min to prepare the food. Ordered at 11:56 arrived at 12:40 still no food ready, told me I would have to wait 15-20 min more before my food was ready. So I just asked for a refund. **Update** just received my order is done text message at 1:39pm for an order placed at 11:56a.

My son got salmonella from here, and we are never eating here again . It is so hard to see my son in so much pain and pooping blood and vomiting. He has been in pain, and it has been a few days and hes STILL in pain, and the hospital said that they might be shut down because of what happened.

At drive thru, I was asked to wait for a batch of sesame chicken on the curb near the entrance, it took way longer to receive order and out of ly bigger plate I was missing an entree of orange chicken and an extra order of Rangoons, pretty bad experience.

Food was very old and had been sitting. I got extremely sick from it, my mom and dad did too. It was very mushy and had obviously been sitting for hours, health inspector should maybe consider testing? This has been two separate visits from a 3 month span. Nothing has improved, corporate needs to get involved before they get sued.

I've gone to four different pandas in the county and I just got to say the Managers and chefs seem like they have no idea what they are doing. Everytime I go there to try and give their food a chance, it does not taste the same as the ones in Grapevine, Irving, and Roanoke. The chow mein always makes me nauseous of how greasy it is and the meat tends to dry up fast; if not it tastes burnt. Even the shrimp. I got to say the white rice and Super greens are alright, but I need my protein. The staff looks overworked and the kitchen always looks like an unsanitary mess. I love chinese food but this place really has to step their game up. Always walking out disappointed and disgusted.
Vegetarian options: White rice, super greens and spring rolls.

DONT COME HERE Disgusting! How is it possible that the noodles are burnt and raw at the same time? food looked like it’s been sitting there for hours. 2 hours before they closed they only had 2 things in the table and they both looked horrible. Sauce didn’t look correct, kung pao looked like throw up and when I called to complain the manager Munos laughed and told me that’s how it is, how disrespectful! Do these people not have any pride in their work?
I love that they have healthy choices And Alexis is so sweet!!! It’s rare to interact with such kind employees

Great thanks to the employee that had one job to read the order and put it together but could not even do that , gave a completely different order , wrong and missing items and had me wait for 45 min pointlessly and still messed it up , terrible customer service
