Don’t know why I came here after seeing all the bad reviews. Employees could care less you’re here to spend $. Sat in the drive thru for over 20 min watching them laugh and have a blast and completely ignore actual customers.

I generally love Panda Express.. this location definitely tarnishes the Brand. Owners/operators/ Corporate should be ashamed of this place. Ordered a family meal an hour before close. Said they were not making any more food. Lo mien they were going to pack was just scraps. I told them I'm no longer interested and I walked out. I confirm all of the poor reviews of this place.

Ya gave us an extra rice instead of the chicken we got and the rice we got wasn't even thoroughly mixed next time don't be rude and give us what we pay for!

Waited 15 minutes to order at 8pm on 10/2 in the drive thru. Made it to the window after being told spring rolls will take 6 extra minutes. I was okay with that. The girl who was at the window asked us about sauces. We asked for sweet and sour. They were out. How are they always out of sauces or food? I asked for my card back and we will be going elsewhere given the long wait times. The person at the window said “ooooooh” in mockery. This location is constantly lacking. Long wait times, rude staff, and missing food. We’ve been here twice and both have been awful. I’ll be calling tomorrow morning and letting the manager know. Don’t give this place your money, they obviously don’t care!

Too much rice and too little protein! And I spend a $1.50 extra to get the Honey Walnut Shrimp. It feels like I have been ripped off every time I go there. So, I am sure this time will really be last time I ever go there.

Yesterday's meals were beyond pathetic.
In the Broccoli Beef there were pieces of broccoli the size of a large plumb and far to undercooked. They had to be cut into several bites to eat. Furthermore there was so much broccoli that there was far less than 1/4 cup of beef. Shameful for the price. And the chow mien almost had more cabbage than noodles.
Your food is too expensive to receive just vegetables, our bill was $40.05.

Place was dirty. Dirty tables. Employees to busy playing on their phones by the drive thru window to acknowledge customers up front. Food tasted old. Not worth what they charge for this stuff they are cranking out her.

Well, I hate to do this. Nvr given panda bad report, but this is also toward doordash or whoever it falls on. Ordered a drink and plate of chow main and rice, side orange chicken. I was given the wrong order that wasn't mine, only thing I got was the drink, it was correct. The food was another name on it.

And to make it worse, dasher told me call store and they'll fix it, why would he care, he got my tip already... well, can't report it if they don't answer there dam phones. Called 15 times!!! No answer... so sad!!! DO BTR PANDA!!!

We ordered so much food and on the receipt it says 8 sweet and sour, 5 teriyaki sauce and we got none. No sauce for our egg rolls, rice or chicken. It’s happened multiple times that’s the only reason I’m writing a review. They need to do better because I got home and just made something else to eat. I can’t drive back because my babies are asleep now.
