I stopped by Panda Express with my 4 and 5 year old, and to my surprise, they recognized the name as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. I have to give kudos to the marketing team for that, because we don’t visit the chain often this was only my second time going with them.
The service was great. The kids were excited, pointing at what they wanted, and the server went out of their way to offer samples to make sure they liked it before we purchased. That little extra step really made the experience easier and more enjoyable for both me and the kids. Thanks for the great service!

This has to be the worst Panda Express I have ever had. The orange chicken was literally burnt, the noodles were old and the Beijing beef also burnt and dried out. I would not recommend this restaurant if they would allow this to go out its not worth stopping. A $15 meal tossed.

Second time my food has been super cold, this time my chicken was burnt! You would’ve thought I was biting into chips how burnt it was, I couldn’t even stick my fork through the chicken. I had to wait 10 minutes for more noodles to cook (which wasn’t an issue, wish she would’ve told me before I paid but whatever) but it wasn’t even warm! Broccoli seem like it wasn’t even cooked…So irritating! Won’t be back

Guess there’s no one working today. No answer at the drive through at almost 11am. I waited a good 10 minutes. No one at the window either. But plenty of cars in the parking lot…

Just bought two kids meals and a bowl. All the food tasted sour. It definitely was either cooked in a pan that hasn't been washed or the food was going bad. I've been here multiple times and everytime the food is subpar. Hulen location is much better.

I placed an order through the drive-through. When I had already paid, the lady told me it was going to be a five minute wait, I couldn't say no because I had already paid so I said that was fine and she told me to pull up to the front. I waited for about 20 minutes until I had to go inside to check on my order. If she would've told me it was going to be a 20 minute wait before I ordered. I would've chose another option but she did not let me do so.

Chow Mein is mostly cabbage. There is actually more cabbage than noodles.

They should have said they were close instead of selling me a bowl of rice with 3 pieces of broccoli and 2 pieces of meat . I would have went somewhere else.
I would like to give them a negative star, unfortunately I can’t. I went to this location at 7:00 pm and they are open till 10:00 pm. They were out of food already and being asking they said they are not making anymore more food for today.
