This was my first and definitely last time coming to this location. I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:12 PM, well before closing, only to be told by the employee at the window that they basically had no food left and had stopped cooking for the night.

What makes this even worse is that their website says they stop cooking at 9:30 PM and they close at 10:00 PM. Since I already checked that beforehand, I felt comfortable making the stop — especially after driving 45 miles home from work and just wanting to grab something to eat before heading home.

When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they had already shut the stove and grill down at 8:45 PM — which is an hour and 15 minutes before closing. That is completely unacceptable. If you’re going to close the kitchen that early, then your hours need to reflect that.

Customers should not be pulling up almost an hour before the “stop cooking” time and still be told there’s basically nothing available.

I do not recommend this location to anyone. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time and gas.

They were basically completely out of food when I showed up 40 minutes before they closed. Employees were chatting with each other and it took them a couple minutes to even acknowledge me after I walked in. Terrible management.

This place used to be so good, but something has definitely changed. It seems like they have a new cook, and the quality has gone way downhill. I ordered the Black Angus steak, and it was incredibly tough—so tough I couldn’t even eat it. On top of that, it had a freezer-burnt taste. Really disappointing. I won’t be returning.

I always get great service here however, if you show up within an 1hr - 1.5from closing. Their food options are very slim.. a place of a business should always have 100% food options always. They do not.. especially in this location because there’s not very many options. Some of us actually drive quite a few miles just to come to this location to go home with food and there’s no food there to go home with.

My shrimp looked like it had sat at the bottom of the fryer for a couple days. My noodles were rubber and cold. I can’t even describe what the spring rolls tasted like. Go to Pei Wei on the other side of summer creek

This has to be the worst thing I’ve ever paid for in my life. It’s cold, the beef is like beef jerky dry. Wasn’t even room temperature. This mess was definitely sitting all day. Broccoli changed colors.. this was horrible

Just now stopped in at11am, there is no way that the food shouldn’t be fresh. My orange chicken tasted old and cold and the fried rice was also cold and undercooked. . Ian really disappointed with this location.

I frequent many Panda Expresses but this one was awesome tonight!!! It was so fresh and definitely didn’t taste like fast food- more like high end restaurant food. I had the angus steak and it was cooked to perfection! Whoever the cook is at this location should give pointers to some of the other locations in the area ❤️✨

Im not sure why and I am not sure if I want to know, but I ordered the beef with brocoli and the brocoli had such a strong bitter taste from this location. It was my first time getting food from this location and more likely wont come back.

The tall girl who actually checked me out was great. I wish I would have gotten her name. I think the receipt says Anna M I hope it is her. She was attentive and super nice. But the other girl shorter one literally had a fave like she was having the worst day of her life, i understand no one wants to work same here but guess what? I want a paycheck so I have to be attentive. Her attitude was horrible then she told me it’ll be a wait for orange chicken. I said ok and sat down. She did not let me know the chicken was ready nor did she call me up and said “maam here is your plate” I waited and waited and made eye contact with her and she still acted like she didn’t help me and told me to wait. So my food was cold and I had to wait longer than expected because she couldn’t let me know when my food was ready.
