Dealing with the automated drive thru AI thingy was a nightmare. My order was totally wrong, and it would not accept that I was trying to order individual sides other than a plate or bowl. Food was cold in addition to being only half of what I ordered. Another miss unless you go face to face with a human inside.

I was wondering g did this location stop making black pepper chicken? Because the cook refused to make some there was none out I asked if they had black pepper chicken and the cook refused to cook it like just being real lazy a she was black always one of us making us look bad bad attitude if you didn't want to cook just find another job I went to another location and they said they still have it so I guess the cook just didn't want to make any so sad what a shame and it was the black female cook with braids very rude

If i know that i am going to wait for this time from the beginning i would go to somewhere else.

Drive thru horrible ? not the works but new ordering machine in driv thru
Veggies rolls were raw inside & not fully cooked and cold. My chicken wasn’t cut. The fried rice looked like white rice with egg and tasted horrible. The receipt didn’t have any information on it to take a survey so I had to leave a review.overall horrible. If I could take it back up there I would but it’s too hot and my ac doesn’t work. Waste of $16

I ordered on-line on Panda Express app. They used Door DASH and the driver could mot find my apt, after I gave specific instructions. DD texted me, and I sent instructions again. Then I get another text, saying it was delivered AND IT WASNT. I call Panda, Keith told me to call DD there was nothing he could do! If you order from their app....just beware they use DD and their drivers are liars!!
