Horrible experience
Have a a human take orders not ai
Sat in line so long getting lunch with my co workers we had to leave or we'd be late to work. Didn't have time for lunch at all.

Save your time guys stay away they won’t understand your order
They have no customer service. They didn't have a specific item that I get at every location and I asked about it and they said it's gonna be a while. Just nonchalantly. Then the cook was spraying chemicals on the back wall of stove that he was cooking on. Yea I walked out and went to a different location.

5 words "Rock solid rice, cold entree" I just have that curse of going to the worst of the worst fast food chains this place has zero care for quality very disgusting food will never go there again waste of money they are charging way too much for that type of quality

“Ale” (Alejandra G) with braces was so rude just now when all we were saying that the order was wrong and we were charged completely incorrectly but only realized after we checked the food and saw the receipt. She was very rude to my mother, asked for the manager and was told they were not available, saying she had the same authority as a manager. She then brought someone else at the last minute & said she also heard the whole thing but she just stood there and did nothing. Very bad experience & can only hope the manager & district manager hear us out.

A rubbish restaurant, I ordered 2 normal dishes and I was surprised to see that they sent me a tiny plate, and they were missing some side dishes and I know very well that they did this on purpose

Alwayyyyyys out of Soy. That’s annoying enough since I enjoy my food covered in it . Today sat in the drive through around 30 minutes and did not move a single car . I had to drive off with no food and miss lunch since the drive through took so long there’s wasn’t time to return to work and eat . Very frustrating !! Thanks

This was the loudest Panda Express that I’ve ever been into workers were laughing,hollering, and I’ve heard a few cuss words too! I never heard the person in charge. Tell them anything about their behavior.
