I went to this place more than once before I think it may be based on the server's some good servers some bad servers like today like you're paying a lot for your food these days and they keep giving you less even for the kids meal on for a plate meal I'm like you are paying so much for so little and you tell them to put a little bit more they don't even but then again depends on the server today very disappointed I'm not satisfied

Such a terrible experience. We ordered food through Uber Eats, because we are visiting at the hospital. When we got our food and went back up to the room, we have no utensils, no straws, no ice in the drinks. We ordered 2 plates, a bowl and egg rolls, no sweet and sour or soy sauce. All the food was cold. My wife is a huge fan of this place, I am not. Thank goodness, now she is on my side. Save your experience and anger. Just go somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor if you want Panda Express and come to this location. Andrew was so professional and courteous, and served us with a smile! I had almost forgotten what it was like to get such good customer service at Panda and Andrew reminded us! Super efficient and friendly! And the beyond orange chicken is so good!!!

The girls who work there added 4 egg rolls onto our order. We did not order eggrolls period. Had we not checked, they would've gotten away with it. I would have understood if there was a miscommunication, but we saw the eggrolls being added last minute and spoiler alert, there was none in the bag. Be cautious going to this location.

I have never written a bad review before but I feel the need to share how strongly I felt about the food I received. The chow mein and orange chicken had no flavor and tasted like leftovers from the day before (or even 2 days). The chicken was so bad and the chow mein even worse. I couldn't eat much of it.. That's how bad it was.

I always come to eat at this place, they always serve me in the best way, except for today. The young man arrived. He doesn't speak well, you couldn't understand if he spoke English or Spanish. Then he raised his voice. I told him three times that my order was to eat here, I didn't even He answered. I pack my order to go. Like someone throwing me out Place.
