I ordered a dozen spring rolls and specifically added sweet and sour sauce, but apparently that was optional :) so now I’m eating dry spring rolls. To top it off, the entrée is completely wrong, which I only discovered after opening my meal. Great experience.

I order a bowl and a 12 piece cheese Rangoons for my little sister and I. There was only 2 PIECES in the small bags,you can see it in the sticker and the size of the bag. To add to this, the rice of my bowl was dry and quite hard. I used to love this place, sad ending.

What happened to the cookers at panda Panda Express just be hiring any kind of cookers
Drove out all this way for food and ordered the 3 entree meal. Get all the way home and only had 2. They weren’t even busy when I ordered and was even asked to wait up front for my order cause they didn’t have the food ready. How does this even happen? They had plenty of time to check the order before handing it to me. And yes they did charge me for it. Also, that AI ordering system they have now is annoying. It kept messing up my order.
