I was picking up a delivery here and Angie was extremely busy. I had to wait several minutes (not her fault) but she went well over the top for courtesy, friendliness, and concern for me and the customer I was delivering to. Way to go Angie!!!

the AI in the drive thru that takes your order will spend about 30 seconds trying desperately to add extra things to your order before a very nice employee saves you. I really strongly dislike the AI that I'm sure Panda Express corporate pushed on the restauraunts. It makes the overall experience worse because I have to fight with a robot to not get overcharged.
