I gave up to go to this location after 5 years consumption. I sent many feedback to customer services and hope there would has changed but nothing. It might be the manager’ s policy to put portion of food base on the size of who made an order. Beware to go to this location.

Terrible portion sizes. Why would I ever come back to this location when 75% of my plate is rice and I get two measly little scoops of protein?

Noodles are always too firm and not enough veggies in them like cabbage, bean sprouts, and green onions.

The food is tends to be fresh but super greens is more like super broccoli and if asked not to get all broccoli you’ll get a slight attitude and they act like it’s a hassle . With being on a calorie deficit I have to make adjustments and when I order super greens I want super GREENS. And not a chopped version if I get greens .

Arrived 10:12am was told 6 minutes for Orange chicken and 35 MINUTES for steamed rice. Would you ever hear, “Hi welcome to chick fil a! Oh, fries are a 35 minute wait, 12 minutes after opening for lunch!” ?
I’m writing this review at 10:29am, still sitting in the drive thru.

What a miss.

If I could give it a 0 I would. The person in the kitchen was on his phone. Mind you many bowls of food were empty. I could count like a good 3-4 of them. We wanted honey walnut shrimp which was empty and the cashier told me it would be a 5-6 minute wait and so we waited. The wait was around closer to 10 but it’s understandable as the cook was finally catching up on all the empty bowls. Once the shrimp was ready we went up to order but there was a guy on standby looking at the menu and the little girl told us to wait and my mother told her how so if we were waiting for a while. She had this nasty attitude after my mom spoke up. I get it, i was 14 at one point and working as a cashier at a fast food place as well but that doesn’t mean throwing the spoon and having a nasty attitude is acceptable. And the food wasn’t as good as when other staff is there working. We always go here so this was utterly disappointing. Shoutout to the girl in the drive through, as she seemed as the only one who was actually putting in effort and energy.

This location is MUCH faster than White Settlement on 820 by a lot. The food is good, the staff is nice and the tables were clean.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
As a local resident, I’ve given this location multiple chances, and it continues to disappoint. This is hands down the worst-managed Panda Express I’ve ever visited. The food selection is consistently limited — they often only prepare a few main entrees, and even those are rarely fresh or properly cooked. The quality and care you’d expect from a national chain just isn’t there. Save yourself the frustration and head to a different location.

I wish I could get negative stars. My roommate and I ordered some orange chicken, and now we have the worst food poisoning we've ever experienced! This location doesn't care about food safety or anything. You're safer eating from a garbage can, as far as I'm concerned. Im never eating Panda Express again.
