We’ve only come here three times through the drive thru, and all three times they were out of what I wanted or there was a 10 minute wait for what I wanted (we have a baby in the car who does not like to sit still so that’s why we usually opt for “fast” food). I usually get super greens, string bean chicken and then switch up my other protein. Last time they didn’t have super greens. This time I ordered the super greens and it was all raw veggies. They’re supposed to be “wok tossed in a garlic sauce”. Nope. Just raw broccoli and cabbage. I steamed it myself at home just so I didn’t waste it. They were also (once again) out of string bean chicken (third time in a row). They said it would be a 10 minute wait so I picked something else. We ended up still waiting around 8 minutes for our food anyways. I don’t know why they would have something on the menu that they never have ready, which is kinda the whole appeal of Panda Express, it’s literally a buffet so you shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for something they should have sitting in a pan. Also my broccoli beef had all of 2 pieces of beef. So for $13 I essentially got a plate of broccoli.

Ignore all the negative reviews. Edselle the manager absolutely stacked my plate up with meat! I will be back. For 12.50 I got a bigger plate with probably 3x the meat of a chipotle bowl.

Not enough meat or sauce. Ask for a side of garlic sauce and they didn't have any. Not a lot of flavor. I can make this myself. Both dishes. Broccoli- beef and the pepper steak. Either dish didn't have much meat or flavor. For the price, it should have had more to them. First time I tried this and I won't be back.

I came there through drive thru and ordered a bowl and took advantage of my rewards to redeem an eggroll. The cashier at the window ARIANNA had a nasty attitude, i stayed calm and super polite. She crushed my eggroll and rolled it into something because it had black specks all over it. I went in and exchanged it out. She was still rude and pushy. I just left and didn't even eat my food. Won't be back

Came in at 9 p.m., open until 1030. Only 3 entrees were available. I told them I wanted to wait for super greens and to hold off on plating up the entrees so they could stay warm. Nope. Threw them in the box to get cold. I asked them what they were gonna do for the last hour. THEN I get told they will make the entrees and the people will have to wait! I would have waited for what I WANTED vs settling for what they had! Hulen location will get my business from now on. We have choices.
