Ate here on the evening of Monday March 11. Had orange chicken bowl with fried rice as well as a side of veggie spring rolls and cheese Rangoons. Placed a mobile order-when I got to the resturaunt they had my food held hostage. I told them my name and she started to hand me the bag then asked me for my order number or phone number... it ain't that serious y'all. If I know the name on the order then I'm likely the owner of it. They gave my husband a hard time one time because I ordered under my name and he went to pick it up and they would not give him our food. Never have this issue at the McPherson location, the food is litterally sitting on a rack in the dining room and you just grab it and go no being hassled.As annoying as that is my real complaint is the food poisoning I got after eating my meal. About 2-3 hours after eating I got very very sick with everything coming out of both ends and severe stomach cramping. I had not eaten anything since breakfast prior to getting Panda for dinner so it was the only thing in my stomach so I am absolutely positive this food made me sick.It's going to be a long while before I eat Panda again but I will not come back to this location that makes you sick and requires 20 forms of proof of purchase to pick up your food. I'll drive the extra distance to the better McPherson location for better customer service and food quality.

The food tastes good, there are several options, but the portions they serve are very depressing, especially with animal proteins, there is very little. I would recommend better cleaning of the tables, on several occasions we found them dirty.

It's Panda Express, don't expect actual Chinese food there. With that said, I really do like their food. This one usually has decent flavor and they seem to be a little less stingy with the entrees. The service tends to be so-so, but it's fast food so that's to be expected.Dietary restrictions: Other than the super greens, this place is not gluten free friendly. Some of their foods contain peanuts and walnuts so watch for those allergies as well.

Lady at the drive thru gave me the wrong change I was supposed to get $7 back she gave me 2 $1 bills. When I complained I waited 10 mins and she said camera showed she did give me the correct change when infact she didn't and to top it off I got food poisoning and was sick for days. Never going back to this location!

I placed a mobile order that somehow didn't make it into their system. When I showed up at the pickup time, they made me wait 15 more minutes before I was fed up. They refused to make my order despite me providing proof of purchase via email, mobile app and my bank account. More than one employee absolutely refused to make the food I paid for. I called PE customer service and they were appalled at the lack of customer service from the store.I will never go to this Panda Express again and neither should you. Make the drive to the Panda in Summer Creek/Chisolm Trail - it will be a much better experience.
