Went to Panda Express drive thru at 4:10pm today, the person working the drive thru stated “I’ll be with you in a moment… After 5 minutes of waiting I said hello? Thinking they forgot I was there, she said give me a minute like she was annoyed. I waited a few more minutes and noticed no other car was in front of me, at that point I decided not to spend my $$ there as I was leaving I noticed the girl that was suppose to be working drive thru was taking food out to a pickup with another worker smh. Never again!!

I usually like Panda Express but the one off of eastchase parkway left a lot to be desired. Very slow service.

Well Stephanie at the window had a hard time hiding her facial expressions when she does want to do as requested.

I simply asked when the orange chicken was last refreshed. When I got to the window I confirmed that it would be fresh and I asked that it be wet.

She rolled her eyes she tried to hide it but looking at your reviews you would think the response could be better.

The better the reviews the more employees are needed but now I wanna go somewhere the lady in the window won’t roll her eyes simply because I do not want dry food 😏

The chow mein is actually 90% cabbage. Like at this point whoever served this to me is just rude as hell. I counted 10 individual noodles and the rest is giant uncut chunks of cabbage. If it wasn’t such a far drive, I’d come back for a refund. Shame on y’all and your lazy lack of quality control.

How is it even possible that the drive-thru is backed up for what feels like an eternity? And then, when you finally get your food, it’s cold and disgusting! What on earth is the point of such a ridiculous wait? I don’t usually bother with reviews, but the mess they handed me was very unacceptable!!

Don’t order pickup from this place. You’ll be sitting in the drive thru line for an hour since they refuse to open the doors. Mind you it’s only 6:30p and the parking lot is filled to the brim. Very very unorganized Panda location. Should just be closed down.

I went yesterday through the drive through since I had gone grocery shopping with my mom, we we served nicely and correctly and left having a nice experience! I just wish the chow mein hadn’t burned cause me and my mom could taste a burnt flavor since we both had ordered chow mein. It wasn’t too burned though so we were atleast able to enjoy it some what but please be more careful cooking the food! I will be returning despite that :)

1:30pm and only 1 person serving dine in customers. Only 1 couple in front of me but had to wait 10 before my order was even taken. Poor management at this location.

We ordered orange chicken, veggies, and fried rice. Food was fresh and delicious. Great job! My only suggestion is to add more seasoning to fried rice.

I walked in at 9pm for Beijing beef they said they weren’t cooking anymore. I asked for at least 1 batch and they still said no. Terrible service I used to work here
