I walked in at 9pm for Beijing beef they said they weren’t cooking anymore. I asked for at least 1 batch and they still said no. Terrible service I used to work here

They told us they shut the kitchen down at 10: 15 so half the menu you can't order when they actually had to have closed it sooner because we in the drive thru at 10 15

Horrible!! Ordered the chicken and green beans and steak and broccoli. No meat at all I the meal. Didn’t know until I got home. Don’t go here. It’s better they go out of business.

Perhaps the worst panda I've gone to based on guest service alone. The gentlemen who I assume is the manager was too busy taking temps and then pencil whipping them to give a half decent service. He was annoyed we were there. He speaks to his coworkers kinder than the guest it's astonishing to watch the switch. Very disappointing.

850 for a one entree and comes with 4 pieces of chicken and mostly veggies ? Chow mein that’s mostly cabbage. Overpriced for no protein and veggies

The grilled chicken is not real chicken so discusting. Miscellaneous meat chemical mix.
Went in about 930 got a plate with double orange chicken and chow mein noodles. Noodles had shrimp in it let two different people know about it and that’s it s cross contamination. one of them put the noodles over the shrimp to hide it and the other said yeah we just leave it in if they want noodles and have an allergy than oh well. It should of been thrown out and remade.

Always need to wait so long in the drive through, this visit took them 20 mins for the food to come out with no explanation and this was after ordering something else because they said they had no teriyaki chicken
