The food is always fresh and they give you a nice portion of food. Definitely worth it every time.

Took 45 mins in the drive through line on a Monday evening at 5:30 is absolutely ridiculous! Your drive through customers are just as important as your dine-in ones

I come here often just because I work so close, but the chow mein is always rubbery and I don’t like the rice. Veggies are never cooked almost raw. I just can’t. Someone compared the chow mein to tasting like hair ties and it’s true! I wish they took a little more time to cook the food. I’d wait a little longer no problem.

Orange chicken was terrible, the manager gave me the smallest portion possible as well. Not that it matters, the chicken wasn’t any good.

The AI menu was new to me but very accurate and intelligent in my responses. The lady at the drive through was smiling ,very nice and assertive. Will do business here again thanks for your kindnesses.

The most positive of the whole experience was at the end when we were trying to decide on getting one of the panda crafted beverages and the manager Amber was while helping with other stuff still found the time to acknowledge us and gave us samples so we can decide then after we paid she gave us a nice coupon too. Right from the start I really appreciated the person serving us how she made it clear right away that we will get the fresh sesame chicken since there was very little left and that she will first take the whole order and they will bring it to us after we pay. The bigger plate is amazing because it allows you so much variety with the 3 entrees!

Get rid of the AI taking orders. Gets it wrong every time! Takes too long to take the order. I go to this location and the one in Wautaga. They don’t use it and they are quick! An issue when you have a short lunch.
Super greens were VERY salty this time. The new spicy orange chicken is really good.

Sat in line for about 15-20 minutes around 7:30pm on a Thursday night. Boy at drive-thru was rude, didn’t even say hello to me or say thank you, ignored me when I asked for sauce. Received a burnt dried out chicken egg roll that clearly was sitting under the heat lamp for hours.. ew. Do better!!!
