I do not recommend this location. We always go to the one in watagua and have never had any issues. This one happens to be closer and we tried it out on January 15. They not only gave my husband the wrong entree item, it included a RUBBER BAND!! We contacted corporate that same day and nearly a month later we still haven't received an apology or resolution. I do not recommend. We will not be back.

The drive thru is now automated like every phone system you ever call. It's terrible. Messed up the order, and the team didn't know how to fix the order. It's bad enough talking to these automated systems with every company, but now at a restaurant drive thru?!

It took forever just to get simple food.! Broccoli and beef with white rice.! Got all broccoli and beef at all.. not only time this has happen at this location

Absolutely the WORST PANDA EXPRESS I have ever had. I had to wait 10 minutes on the beef and broccoli, another 5 minutes on the walnut shrimp, which ended up being 12 minutes longer than the 5 minutes they told me. The lo mein was a 3 minute wait, and all that time I spent waiting on them to cook the food, the food was disgusting ?! Nothing was cooked long enough, everything was rushed. The employees never offered me a drink for the long wait or anything. Panda use to give big servings, now it’s the bare minimum. Although this establishment is very clean and big in the inside, the food which is why customers come, is horrible ?????! I paid $28 for two plates, that my family and I couldn’t even eat. No taste at all, not cooked well (needed to cook longer), and small portions. The Panda Express in River Oaks would never!

Some of the best people work here. While i was waiting for my order they offered me drinks twice on the house, but i did not get any drinks so they gave me complimentary chicken spring rolls. They served fresh made chicken right away. So hospitable nature. Must visit this location

Go at closing time your screwed 845 they ready to go! Closing in front of you food old looking they close at 1030 tho ridiculous, no fresh food stay away at night I use go for lunch nomo they are terrible REALLY!! The food and service are really very good… I recommend it…
Just had a catering order from this location and Melody, Daisy and their amazing crew nailed it! Melody is great catering manager and gave quick communication. Their portion sizes were more than enough per person. My favorite thing is the customer service from management down to the sweet people who ring me up. Thank you Panda in Persidio!!!

Went through the drive thru but had orange chicken and rice and was good. Said they were out of white rice but when we went to the window they said they had some so we had to change the order and they messed up one of the meals

Would give zero stars if I could. The whole family got food poisoning from this location. Evidently, we aren't the only ones. It seems to happen to other people quite frequently. Save your selves and eat somewhere else.
