Got a panda bowl as i was looking forward to dinner been so busy haven't ate all day. Well the fried rice was inedable 3/4 of it it was either sitting for a longtime or very overcooked .As i spit most of it out and just found something in the pantry. Probably will be my last time going to this location it used to be a very good spot idk what happend.

The quality of food here has really declined over the years. I would pick something else if you want to be satisfied.
Whoever is working window Friday evening December 15, has no patience and is very rude. I am new to Panda Express and I was not very experienced on ordering from here. Instead of helping me out as I was hesitant to choose she interrupted my thinking process an said
“Well just get back to me when your ready ma’am” (it had only been 30 seconds of silence!)
and once I was ready she said
“Well now your gonna have to give me a moment ma’am”
Now although that does sound rude through print, her tone of voice and mannerism was very off-putting and made me almost leave the line if I wasn’t starving..
To each its own… but I’ve never been treated like this through a drive through.
And she didn’t give me napkins .. and she did not give me the beef. Only chicken. So yes they got my order wrong.

Very few staff, we waited more than 20 minutes to be served and another 10 minutes for them to have rice ready, and worst of all, dirty tables and dirty floors, restroom dirty 🤮 A very unpleasant visit.

They always forget the Mandarin sauce for the teriyaki chicken. There was an excess amount of oil in my bag that leaked from the chow mein. See pic. Quality of the food in the past has been subpar

The food at this location is usually good but the service is not the best.
Sometimes good, sometimes terrible.
If they are out of a selection you want which can be often, expect to wait for it 2 to 3 times longer than what they actually tell you. Then, unless you remind them 2 or 3 times you're still waiting, they forget you are still there.
Meanwhile the item you were waiting on is getting dished up for someone else. Seems like they don't worry about running out until someone asks for the item. Do they offer a discount or a free item for your inconvenience? No. Recenlt I waited almost 20 minutes from the time I originally ordered to get what I ordered, during normal dinner time. This was for take out. So much for quick service. They used to offer a drink sometimes, when you had to wait a while, but not any longer I guess.

the red head working 11/29 at 9pm has a HORRIBLE attitude. after ordering my meal she told me “next time say the sides first.” i was a little in shock bc i worked fast food while i was college and never corrected a customer on how to order. i then ordered a chicken egg roll and she said “…. what do you mean orange chicken” no ma’am the menu literally says chicken egg roll? if she’s really that unhappy working there i know loads of people with better customer service looking for a job currently. her attitude was so nasty i was scared she spit in my food.

Great service, the manager Caylen was very professional when I have a complaint with my order, she was very respectful and make a big difference her attitude.

11/14/2024 10:15am. Employee told me the restaurant does not open until "sometime after 10:30am" myself and other co-workers have been here many times to get lunch at 10am. now I'm told the resturant doesn't open at 9:30 anymore. they now open sometime after 10:30am Horrible service being provided by not giving service

Ordered $14 worth of spring rolls (12 pieces) and received 2. The food we did receive wasn’t even good.

I came into the store and was not greeted or even acknowledged. I stood there for 5 minutes while every team member acted like I was not there. If you cannot professionally serve the people that physically come into the store then you need to limit the door dash orders.

Not only did they put chow mein instead of the fried rice I ordered that even shows on the receipt, there isn’t even any chow mein! It’s ALL cabbage ??? I took all the cabbage out and when I put it back in the bowl after I finished it filled half the bowl. They literally gave me half a bowl of cabbage.
On top of that they forgot an entire serving of an entree. There wasn’t even a line longer than 2 cars so I don’t understand how they messed this up so bad
Rude male and female staff!
They one day handed me my order with attitude and one guy did not even notice that it fell down because he was in a rush to close the window!!
I did not really know what to do and I picked up and left!

Hands down the worst Panda location I’ve ever been to. Service sucks. The food is fine IF you can get it. They’re almost always out of sides and entrees. How are you a Panda Express and you run out of steamed white rice this often?
