I love Panda Express, but this location is terrible. I've tried it twice, and both times the food all tasted like old, rancid oil. Not good at all. Avoid this one. I gave it two chances, and that's enough. Never going back.

Christian walked past me 4 times then when someone else came out, decided to ask if I’ve been helped. Just rude. It’s hard to find professional, kind people now days. Even when I told him he’s walked past me several times. His response was “oh did I” then walked away again. I wonder if he knows if we’re not coming to the business, he wouldn’t have a job. Very sad and pathetic.

Got a panda bowl as i was looking forward to dinner been so busy haven't ate all day. Well the fried rice was inedable 3/4 of it it was either sitting for a longtime or very overcooked .As i spit most of it out and just found something in the pantry. Probably will be my last time going to this location it used to be a very good spot idk what happend.

Whoever is working window Friday evening December 15, has no patience and is very rude. I am new to Panda Express and I was not very experienced on ordering from here. Instead of helping me out as I was hesitant to choose she interrupted my thinking process an said
“Well just get back to me when your ready ma’am” (it had only been 30 seconds of silence!)
and once I was ready she said
“Well now your gonna have to give me a moment ma’am”
Now although that does sound rude through print, her tone of voice and mannerism was very off-putting and made me almost leave the line if I wasn’t starving..
To each its own… but I’ve never been treated like this through a drive through.

And she didn’t give me napkins .. and she did not give me the beef. Only chicken. So yes they got my order wrong.

Very few staff, we waited more than 20 minutes to be served and another 10 minutes for them to have rice ready, and worst of all, dirty tables and dirty floors, restroom dirty 🤮 A very unpleasant visit.

They always forget the Mandarin sauce for the teriyaki chicken. There was an excess amount of oil in my bag that leaked from the chow mein. See pic. Quality of the food in the past has been subpar
