They are always out of food and takes forever to get the fresh food filled up again. I waited for 20 minutes for chawmin and still it wasnt there!!!

I ended up with food poisoning on Tuesday Feb 16th. I spent 36 hrs on a hotel bathroom floor as I was traveling for work. When I called to report I was told that was not true and hung up on. Very disrespectful and will never eat at Panda Express again.

This location is NOT good. I waited over 30 mins in the drive thru and then asked for beef, broccoli and rice. They gave me a giant bowl of rice and a TINY box of the beef and broccoli.. I guess they are doing this to save money? How disappointing!

The quantity is too little for $11 ,it’s not even enough for my 2yr old son ,I WILL NEVER EVER come back again ill take my business elsewhere

Absolutely the worst service or lack thereof,sat in line for 5min just to order food, got handed a drink( not mine) then the guy asked if I wanted my drink,walked away halfway in the conversation to come back and tell me it's a 10 min wait for what I ordered after sitting there for 20 min waiting for food a complete waste of time and I will never be back at this location again,service here has gone to complete shit.

Ordered through the app for delivery got my order wrong when I called to get a refund, refused to give me my refund saying I had to go in person to get a new order. if I was able to go in person, I wouldn’t order delivery was told I had to go through the app, went through the stupid app the app will not give me an option for a refund. Go anywhere else for mediocre Chinese food. Couldn’t even get the sauce I wanted right

We come to Panda Express mainly for my kids who love P.E., but we decided to try a different location this time. We got a Cub Meal, Bowl, and Plate. They really liked the food here too. Clean place and friendly service. It matches the expectations set by other P.E. locations.

really disappointed in the fried rice today. i pulled out burned pieces after burned pieces. also seems as if some one just made it incorrectly all together. it has no flavor, and it does not taste the same as it normally does. how sad, i’ve never had bad rice from panda before and this made me feel as if i wasted my money.

Slowest drive-thru in north Texas, some days are 10 minutes but today was a 30 minute wait for 9 cars , food is good , idk why they move so slow at the window , even when taking payment its a journey, maybe understaffed idk
