On March 6, 2024, I went to pick up my order from Panera on University in Fort Worth. The manager and associate both saw me walk in and asked the name of my order. Then waited 30 mins. The wait was not the issue, but the fact that other people have come and gone with their order, while my order said ready for pick up. The worse part that I was literally starring at my food the whole time. Then, when I asked about my order I was told to be patient. Really?

Typically I like their food, however my son and I stopped in just for drinks while we waited for an uber to come home. I sent my son inside with my card to get us both a drink and after several minutes of him being in there, and it was close to if not 10 minutes and I had ordered the uber already abs decided to call him and to my surprise he was being made to wait to be called up to the window for our cups, cups only, as it is self serve fountain drinks and we had 2 minutes before our ride arrived. I told him to come watch my service dog and went inside. It was a if I didn't exist until I approached someone other than the one working at the counter and said I needed the cups. It was apparently confusing to the woman in the kitchen and it took a minute for these employees to see the cups were in the counter and my son wasn't told. I was not happy because it takes less than almost zero effort for the cashier to pick up 2 plastic cups when charging for them and stretching your arm out just a bit. I honestly think the staff act this way due to the area and it's high class superiority complex having customers. Do better.

4 stars only because the order was wrong. However, the wrong order still tasted good. I should have received one chicken noodle soup and one cream chicken and rice. I received two of the latter. The sandwiches are very good. I would visit again but this time I will check my bag.

i have now been waiting over 2 hours for my food which they gave away to someone.else. then they cancelled the order so i had to start all over again.you would think they would have expedited the order because if their screw up but no i just had to get back in line. i will never order for uber pick up from them again!

Disappointed I ordered a sandwich and they left off half of the ingredients plus I didn't get any chips but they did give me 2 pieces of extra bread. Not good. This has happened here before and there was no line, it's 5:30 pm and how disappointing. My advice don't order TO GO.

Oatmeal is oatmeal. I frequent this location and it provides the standard, on par fare. The food is always alright and dining space usually generally relatively clean. One thing that stands out is the friendliness of the staff this is always something to look forward to when coming in!

Be prepared to wait any time you order for at least 10-20 minutes over when the app or cue says that your order is ready. . The staff constantly argues with each other and it’s very clear to anyone waiting they are extremely overwhelmed.

I really enjoyed my caprese baguette and broccoli and cheese soup. I really like the iced coffee as well being able to do it self serve.

All I can say is Fugi Apple Salad, with the sweet apple vinaigrette dressing, red onion, blue cheese crumbles and thinly sliced chicken,,,, yumm yumm yummmy, very comfortable to sit and eat.
