Went thru the drive to get a sandwich, a lemonade, and a soup. Lady who took my order was passive aggressive and I think she needs help figuring out how to ask questions for an order so that the customer actually knows what the hell is going on. Never ordered from there before and was treated like a toddler for trying to figure out what she was offering. Customer service is hard, I know because I work it, and I also know that even the nicest customers are GOING to seem stupid because they do Not go there Every single day and have everything memorized. Also she didn't put my lid on all the way and the dinky little cup fed my drink to my driveway the second any pressure was applied to the side of it.

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches for pick up. I love the ability to almost fully customize everything. The downside is the chance of you getting what u customize is pretty low. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese ciabatta and added veggies to it. Not sure why but I get the sandwich with only egg and veggies. No bacon or cheese 🤔

I had the pick2 Italian sandwich and chili. My wife had chicken avocado melt and tomato soup. It was ok. Service at the counter was non existent. Stood there for about 3mins.

Ordered a toasted Asiago bagel with plain cream cheese. Never again. They give you a small sealed container of fake cold cream cheese, not even enough to spread on one side of a bagel. Not to mention it ruins the point of a warm toasted bagel. I should have known. Garbage.

I had a to go order and I asked for no tomatoes on the Turkey Bravo sandwich, and they randomly changed the type of bread and added hummus to the sandwich… I didn’t realize until I got home and took a bite that it was wrong.
Asked for 2 large waters, we pull up and they want to charge us $7.50.. for 2 waters???? Water that is free????? $7.50??? Hello?? Not a water bottle, quite literally a cup of water. Like are we at the cowboys stadium I’m confused

I haven’t been to Panera in years, and wanted to try out one of their new summer items! I’m really glad I did.
The gal taking my order was so very kind and sweet.
And the Steak and Mozzarella sandwich along with the Italian Salad was lovely.
Everything was so fresh and flavorful.

First time at a panera bread. Im sick and saw that they had soup. The manager working today (2pm shift) was so nice. made me feel so welcome. The inside was very clean and calming after the day ive had. The food was very good. i had chicken noodle soup and some bread. made my throat feel so much better i WILL be back! 😊
