Pregnant dasher here, the employees were super unwelcoming. Everytime I come inside a store to pick up a door dash order I’m always kind to the employees. Never been here to pick up an order as I waddled my way to the pick up counter they were having a conversation and seem irritated I interrupted to get the customers order. I probably would never try food at this location.

Great food but I miss the pizza
We had dinner at this restaurant this evening. There was a man slummed over and crashed out in a booth. He might have been a homeless man, not sure. I asked an employee if he was ok. The response was a casual “he buys food here like others and can do what he wants”. It was made clear that he is a regular “customer” and this is his habit. We noticed that the section in which he was sleeping was otherwise empty. Every patron visibly avoiding the area. We were there about 45 minutes and the man never moved. When we left….he was still crashed out. We won’t be back. That is completely inappropriate. Is Panera a restaurant or a homeless shelter?? Seriously.

Had two for! salad was good. I tried the new Tuscan chicken w/salami. Didn't like the taste had garlic aoli. Plus I'm tired of going into restaurants that the tables haven't been cleaned! It's bad enough you have to pick up your food when it's ready, and put dishes and trash in the pickup area. I refuse to leave tips when I'm doing most of the work!

I stopped coming to this particular location almost 2 years ago, because no matter what time I came between the hours of 7 AM and 9 AM, they were always out of the soufflés as well as the orange cranberry muffins. Not to mention it would take a long time to even get my food through the drive-thru. I decided to give this location another shot today because it is closest to my house and the only one with a drive thru. For sure they would have different management by now considering all of the past complaints… All that I ordered was a full size Caesar Salad. I asked for two dressings because their serving size for dressing is so small for the full size salad. They charged me extra for the dressing, no problem. I get home and there was only one dressing and the little cup was not even half way filled. I mean not even a tablespoon. I was kinda aggravated about that, but I was so hungry that I overlooked it. Then I open the salad and there was way more croutons than lettuce and the lettuce was 90 percent romaine hearts! I’m so mad and should have just driven to the other location that’s 20 mins away and who always has excellent service and food, but I really wanted to go through the drive thru since I was in a hurry and the other location does not have a drive thru. Sooooo disappointed and will not return to this location. I should have listened to my gut and just driven to the other location. Lesson learned. I should have taken pictures but like I said I was so hungry and in a hurry. Shame on this store!

This rating is solely based on cleanliness and nothing else. This place is absolutely disgusting with poor hygiene habits. Dine at your own risk. Employees don’t wash hands and put gloves on. Employees touch their face and scratch nose with gloves on. I should start recording videos. It’s appalling.

Always stop here during my lunch break for a quick, hot meal. Love using the electronic kiosk out front and Panera Bread always has good deals to redeem. Friendly staff and plenty of seating. Bakery goodies were good.

While traveling for work and not feeling my best, I decided to stop at Panera Bread for a lighter meal—soup and half a sandwich. Unfortunately, this particular location fell short. Upon arriving, I had to wait between 5-10 minutes to order because the staff was busy socializing, which wasn’t a great first impression.
I ordered the chicken noodle soup and a tuna sandwich. The tuna sandwich was good, and the soup had nice flavor, but the bowl was only half full, which was disappointing. Overall, the food was decent, but the service and attention to detail at this location could use improvement.
