Wanted to give a huge shout out to Nate for his outstanding customer service! Food was fantastic but the customer service I received was above it beyond. I will definitely return to this location!!

I am very impressed with the customer service at this Panera. My food came out quick during lunchtime at 11:AM. The manager asked if I needed anything,. I asked for butter, he offered a knife and the crew asked if I wanted plastic or metal. I always get metal but I always have to ask, not here. I was gonna ask for a water cup, but they were right by the pick up counter. Great team, management and food. My only constructive criticism would be to improve the floor cleanliness. Aside from that…great experience.

Went to panera on 08/26/25 order number 1379807 guest 807 I had Rhoda taking my order and she was absolutely wonderful SHE made the atmosphere wonderful and delighted with her amazing appearance and smile and beautiful eyes too she got my order from start to finish she may not know it but she would be great doing customer service else where and getting paid more she deserves a raise with her kindness and overall experience was great because of HER thank you for the great customer service 🥰💯🌹

I really enjoy Panera and this is the only nearby location. Every visit its slow and I'm trapped in the drive thru line. If I cant stop by for breakfast because of the line, my lunch is only 30 mins most of it I'm sitting in the drive thru line. Now its Saturday my off day :) craving an asiago cheese bagel and strawberry basil lemonade. Empty parking lot, but somehow I was in the drive thru for 17 mins. At this point, the value and quality is not lining up. I dont want them to close down but I hope they can fix it. No need to keep gambling my time especially when hungry 😒
