It is ridiculous how consistently this location runs out of bread bowls by dinner time.
Make. More. Bread. Bowls.
If you are consistently running out, that generally means it's in high demand, so you need to reevaluate how many you prepare every morning.
If you don't know how to run that part of a business, kindly put someone else in charge.

I am very impressed with the customer service at this Panera. My food came out quick during lunchtime at 11:AM. The manager asked if I needed anything,. I asked for butter, he offered a knife and the crew asked if I wanted plastic or metal. I always get metal but I always have to ask, not here. I was gonna ask for a water cup, but they were right by the pick up counter. Great team, management and food. My only constructive criticism would be to improve the floor cleanliness. Aside from that…great experience.
