Papa Johns Pizza

At least 4 times in a row i have tried to order online and ended up canceling my order because of their ridiculous policies. First of all, they have a $9 min policy for delivery (not even domino's has that), which means the use of a promocode or coupon will likely put you below the minimum, meaning no delivery, UNLESS you buy more which negates the purpose of the promocode. Nothing in the ads say promocodes may negate your delivery. So, in A sense, violating Consumer Protection laws thru false advertising. I WILL NEVER order from Papa John's again.

Really crappy store, tried to place an order over the app first and app said it was closed (at 10pm) even though apple and google said they were open.

Then called to place the order, the guy said on the phone said they weren’t taking orders over the phone and that I’d have to come in and place it in person which made no sense and was kind of annoying.

Went to the store to place the order at 11, the guy was really rude and then the said I couldn’t order after 10 even thought they close at one 🤷🏻‍♂️ just a dumb experience overall

Just got ripped off by store number 4445.
Thirty bucks for a pizza and they tell me the order doesn't exist.

Just tried the New York xl pizza. Bottom was overcooked and there was little flavor. Thank God for the garlic sauce.

This one goes out to the Papa John’s employees, they always do a great job, always polite, on time, and the food is exactly what I would expect. I see a lot of bad reviews for this location but I would have to disagree, god bless Papa John’s 7th st

Placed an order for lg works and Oreo bites. Says would be 40 minutes… 1.5 hours later they just cancel my order. Would have been great to have it canceled so much sooner rather than have the customer wondering for that long then cancel. Pretty bad considered how hungry we were and how patient we were being. Papa John’s company is lackluster to say the least.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza on 3/10/24 and never received my order. I got a call from customer service and they connected me to the delivery driver only to be disconnected. After several attempts for resolution through the website customer service, nothing was resolved. I will never order from Papa John's again.
