Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered a pizza half jalapeno/pepperoni and the other half extra cheese and it was a mess. It wasnt even completely cut and the slices were so uneven and messy i had to recut it. Half the pizza wasnt on the pizza.

Papa John’s is my favorite pizza and always will be! Tonight I had a great pizza. Delivery was fast and efficient and they included 3 extra sauces I’ve never had for free and it was great. 10000/10

The pizza wasnt like papa John's used to be, very sloppy put together, toppings weren't to the edge and overall bad experience and will only buy garlic butter sauce from them and get pizza else where.

great customer service, but the hot lemon pepper wings are not good ! the lemon pepper taste like how lemon pinesol smells very artificial n not good at all pizza was good though

Bad service, ordered pizza and wings. The pizza was not shaped correctly and the slices were all different sizes. The wings were not cooked all the way and the associate was on a personal phone call the hole time I was there.

Honestly have had bad experiences with this store but this was the final straw. I order 2 large pizzas and a 2 liter with 2 extra dipping cups. I was paying cash and was told about 45 mins for the delivery to arrive. I go back to look as an hour had passed, and STILL stuck in the same spot. THEN they transfer it to DoorDash, which then estimated arrival of ANOTHER 45 MINUTES!!! I call to complain and pretty much the answer was “You’re gonna have to deal with it as our systems are down.” Meaning, no care for the customer, getting cold food, and overall AGAIN poor customer service and experience. This WILL be my last time bringing my business to the location. Just sad.

At least 4 times in a row i have tried to order online and ended up canceling my order because of their ridiculous policies. First of all, they have a $9 min policy for delivery (not even domino's has that), which means the use of a promocode or coupon will likely put you below the minimum, meaning no delivery, UNLESS you buy more which negates the purpose of the promocode. Nothing in the ads say promocodes may negate your delivery. So, in A sense, violating Consumer Protection laws thru false advertising. I WILL NEVER order from Papa John's again.

Really crappy store, tried to place an order over the app first and app said it was closed (at 10pm) even though apple and google said they were open.

Then called to place the order, the guy said on the phone said they weren’t taking orders over the phone and that I’d have to come in and place it in person which made no sense and was kind of annoying.

Went to the store to place the order at 11, the guy was really rude and then the said I couldn’t order after 10 even thought they close at one 🤷🏻‍♂️ just a dumb experience overall

Just got ripped off by store number 4445.
Thirty bucks for a pizza and they tell me the order doesn't exist.
The transaction in my bank account exists so where's my pizza

quit making papa johns look bad and take some pride in doing good work instead of ripping people off.
