I ordered a stuffed crust pizza on 3/10/24 and never received my order. I got a call from customer service and they connected me to the delivery driver only to be disconnected. After several attempts for resolution through the website customer service, nothing was resolved. I will never order from Papa John's again.

Delivery driver dropped my wings, which I was fine with, just wanted them replaced or taken off my order. When I called the store to figure out what we could do about the issue, I was met with hostility and was told this wasn’t the right store. The manager was who I was talking to, she never even let me give my name and told me I was calling the wrong store, and that she would not help me.Also the partnership with DoorDash for delivery is misleading and they usually suck as delivery people.

Do you know this is just bad I just order from delivery and Do you know this is just bad I just order from delivery the worst place I ever order online The guy called me, and then he told me that he was in the lobby and I just told him just like go to this floor in this is the apartment number and then he was like no. Nobody gave me the department number and I just gave it to him and then I was like no you know what I'm just gonna go to the lobby but then when I gave me my money in cash, then he says no this is not like you can't afford this and then I was like why this is the money that they app show me and then I ask him can I see the receipt, and then he was like like he didn't show me nothing he was like no and then he just give me back my money and l he with the food, and like he grabbed the bag from and then I think he left mad then I just waited like 45 minutes for nothing I needed to count the money three times in a row in and and I said this is the money that I need to gI've what he's talking about and then I think he just took my food and if this store wants people to more order then what are you doing? This is the worst place I ever seen. Just I can't I can't.

09/24/2023 I ordered the works pizza with extra pepperoni, lemon pepper wings spicy buffalo sauce, the delivery man arrived and beat on the door rang the doorbell several times and looked like he had a bad day, i opened the pizza and two pieces of pepperoni, hardly any meat on it and no dipping sauce, wings had no sauce and were tough as well, i called and asked for the manager and a female said she was the manager and i told her about the pizza and wings not prepared right and she stated i cooked that pizza and was very rude and mean.She said she would give me a refund for the little cup of sauce. This manager is a very rude person doesnt care about customers or stand behind her food!I highly recommend you dont do buisness with this place.
Food was made on time. I accidentally ordered a cheese and the servers were super nice and gave me a free small pepperoni and while waiting brought it to the car in just 10 minutes.Very nice and food was made exactly as ordered.

the food we got was warm not even hot. The pepper we got from them look like somebody took a bite out of the peppers that came with both pizzas. The wings we got somebody just took some sauce and poured it on them. Worse place I ever been to woukd never go here again.

Worst papa johns I've ever been too in my life. I've given this papa johns literally like 6 chances or more already and they disappointed me EVERY single time man. The employees are rude, don't know how to make a pizza, cut it incorrectly, don't listen to instructions and don't know at ALL how to portion anything. The pizza is always so bad from here even the cheese sticks. This is coming from someone who worked at a papa johns for a year straight. It's always a huge disappointment having to get from here. This pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and jalapeños and half cheese. They gave me a mess as usual and I had to recut my pizza at home .
