Ordered pizza for delivery through Papa Johns website and 5 different door dash drivers tried to pick up over the span of an hour and a half but pizza wasn’t ready. Tried to call restaurant several times to cancel but the store NEVER ANSWERED and got hung up on twice! Still haven’t been able to get through and still no pizza! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I've order food, from this location. Multiple times, however. My last visit, changed all of that. As I walked in, the first thing I noticed. Was a tall guy, stretching dough. Why i noticed more, he didn't have his hair covered. The length touched the middle of his back. His pants were another issue, looked like. There about to fall off. Plus my pizza, wasn't correct. I know, I'll probably order from a different location.

Really bad pizza place. Ordered 3 pizzas with Alfredo sauce and was given 3 pizzas with no sauce, just cheese and bread. pepperonis also seemed to be undercooked or something they tasted weird. First time I called about it a man answered and was rude so I just hung up. 2nd time my husband called for me and a lady answered and she was nice enough but said she'd call us back and hasn't done so yet. It's really aggravating, wasted hard earned money because people don't wanna do their jobs

As a family, we order from here often. The food is always good. Today however, we received pizza that was bubbly and not quite right. I went to Papa John's hoping for a new pizza. Without any hesitation or attitude the pizza was remade to perfection. This is the kind of service expected from the public. They delivered. Thanks.
They'll literally have the worst service time for making 1 pizza. I've waited an hour and a half for my food to be delivered( the original time was 41 minutes). And all I get is simply a cheese pizza!!!!!!!!!. I ordered freaking a 2 toppings pizza, not a cheese pizza!!!!!!!!!! Either this store does not care or something. I called the manager(7:26 p.m.) to remake the order, which I assume he did. 4 plus hours later, not a single update on my pizza remake. Mind you, it was almost closing time.
