They assign DoorDash to deliver and it’s always terrible. Take forever and music blaring from the delivery driver even at 10:00 PM. 50% of the time something is either wrong or burnt.

Ordered twice and they have called both times trying to cancel my order because of the size the last time they tried charging me $20ea for some medium cheesesticks because they said the driver accidentally left with all the small dough and they wouldn't have the ability to make the pizzas till much later in the day.... this place needs shut down

HORRIBLE experience. I was in a car accident this evening and decided when I got home I should order in and eat. I placed an order through Uber eats at 9:10PM. The ETA for delivery was 9:55PM. They close at 10PM, so the food should have been ready and to my house before 10PM, so well within the timeframe of when they close. I called UberEats support to find out that PapaJohns canceled the order even though they ACCEPTED it at 9:10PM! That’s THEIR fault. Otherwise we would’ve happily ordered elsewhere! But now, it’s 10PM and everything is closed and I’m inconvenienced because Papa John’s didn’t follow through and do the right thing. I’ll be taking this up the chain to let their corporate know how they operate at this location.

Placed order on app, said was ready in less than 5 minutes, when picked up pizza was not fresh at all. They must of gave us someone else's order. Got 2 pizzas and cheese bread, all cold. Only wings were good.

Tried to walk in store at 11:27 pm on Saturday night and order, and the BIG girl in the front told me they were only delivering. WELL YALL JUST MISSED OUT ON AN ORDER FOR 10 PEOPLE AT MY HOUSE!!! WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!

Wish I could give zero stars. This year and last on Halloween, my order was lost. I called in to place my order this year, as my online order was lost last year. I was sent to a call center in India. He clearly didn’t understand me, because supposedly the order that was supposed to be place in Texas was placed in Ohio. The manager at Alta Mere was incredibly unhelpful. The corporate number was near impossible to get ahold of, as they kept transferring me to the same unhelpful manager at this location. I tried to call the Ohio location where my order was supposedly sent, and they never answered either. This manager made no attempt to help replace my order or money due to her company’s failure. I wasn’t even offered a coupon or anything for my troubles after telling her this was the second year in a row my order was “lost”. I will NEVER return.

I ordered a well done pizza but received a burnt one instead. Spoke with the manager Amanda she then explained that because we ordered it "well done" that she couldn't remake the pizza. She was rude so I asked for her corporate number she old me she did not know it and I got annoyed. How are you a manager and dont know corporate number? I googled the number while she had me on hold and found the number myself and gave it to her so that she would have it for future reference. Amanda if you read this again I was not trying to be a butthole but you gotta learn how to compromise with the customers instead of going back and forth about what was ordered.
