Ordered online, pizza and bread sticks. Only breadsticks came. Look and saw my order history only had bread sticks. I know my order had pizza AND breadsticks when I hit order. So the system glitches. Called pappa John's Corp or main line (not the store) and they offered no help or resolution, just basically said it was my fault and suck it up. Very disappointing. What a way to loose a customer, especially with so many options available.

My goodness gracious! Why even advertise for New York style pizza when it's not even close. Being from New York. I was hoping for something close. The large pizza was terrible and cut my lip because it was so dry & hard. I really need a refund for this nightmare tasting pizza. In New York thin slices are nice and cheesy and Delicious with plenty of sauce. I sent my girlfriend Melissa to pick up the pizza, that she's been bragging on. A total disaster 😞

One of the worst branches ever ! Will never come back again because of the poor customer service the staff has at this location ! I placed a simple order online and drove to pick up after giving them 30 minutes to prepare . I get there , absolutely no acknowledgement from any of the workers there ! They pretend like they don’t see you ! I stood there with my finance looking at them hoping someone will ask us what we want ! 7 minutes passed , one of the workers boxing the pizzas comes to the front passes right by us and ignore us completely as if we don’t exists and just carelessly goes back to continue working .. wow !! If I didn’t pay already I would’ve pushed the door and walked out but I paid ! Finally some lady comes from the very back to ask if we were helped . I told her nobody cared to acknowledge us even ! Finally handed me the pizza and I left . Super disrespectful, zero customer service ! If this is how Papa John’s train their employees then they don’t deserve me spending my money on their food ! There are million other pizza places with excellent customer services and great pizzas .

I came in 10 minutes before closing i understand that is close to closing, I just wanted a cheesestick. Im not sure why it would say open and not. Apparently only for orders ahead. Is that the rule?

Everything seemed good till I walked in and saw a gentleman cutting pizza dripping sweat. Please have your workers wear hats, or some type of protection.
Writing this review as I’m standing in the store. On the app my order said it was ready at 9:01 PM it is now 9:40PM and I still don’t have my food. While I do understand there is only 2 people working the excessive wait time and the app not being accurate is insane. I’ve been standing up in here for 40 minutes! I’ve watched Bre handled pizza dough take cash from customers touch the computer screen slize pizza and do it all over again this lady has not washed her hands not one time. This is very unsanitary it’s making me regret spending my $56 with this establishment. Money is very dirty and this lady touching the pizza dough barehanded after handling customers cash.

This was the worst pizza experience. Our pizza had all the toppings on one side like the pizza slid when putting it in the oven. All the toppings were on one side. The pizza was also cut off so we had tiny pieces and extra large pieces. I would suggest ordering from a place that cares about the food they send out

Excellent pizza! I always pay for extra cheese, and I very much appreciate it when I actually get it on my pizza and it's not burnt. I know they're busy on the weekends, so it's really great to see them still put that effort in. Thank you!
