Papa Johns Pizza

Papa Johns makes a good pizza. Unfortunately, this location does not know how to live up to their reputation. I live right around the corner and I received incorrect orders and cold pizza on multiple occasions. I have ordered at this location for the last time. I wouldn't even accept a free pizza they offered me because of the inconvenience. I refused because I doubt they could make it properly. I recommemd you try Bosses or Mamas. Their pizza is much better and worth the higher price.

Order #1261110409. Honestly disappointed. The cheesesticks were basically flatbread with a whisper of cheese, definitely not worth the price. The pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through; had to wrestle slices apart with my hands. The favor is sad. On top of that, Papa John’s outsources delivery to DoorDash now, so drivers pick up multiple orders and mine showed up barely lukewarm at best. Used to love Papa John’s, but the quality has really gone downhill. Sad

Ever since Pappa Johns started using a delivery serviced, we have had issue after issues. Pizza left on the ground and never notified of pizza delivered. Instead of ringing door bell, even when we specify to hand off at door, they don’t. We have no idea the pizza is delivered. Worse service ever!! We will stop using Papa John’s because the delivery service is HORRIBLE!

Very disappointed in my order. I have been a loyal customer for years until yesterday. Ordered 3 pizzas for carry out and they all had less toppings than Pizza Bistro which means they were almost all sauce with a little cheese. I feel it was $61 dollars wasted.

Pizza was cold when delivered. Won't order from this location again.

They've outsourced all deliveries to doordash. Got a large pizza delivered that looked like it was thrown across the room then dropped off at my door step. Talked to the manager about a refund and the guy couldn't of cared less. Absolutely terrible all around.

The pizza 🍕 was Okay 👍 I'd Order online and came to pick up my order Nevertheless I'd look 👀 at the reviews and was worried so I'd Order online with 40%Off of regular price so I took the chance and everything was okay.

I guess the manager of this location recently decided to lay-off drivers and outsource deliveries to DoorDash, and oh boy has the quality of this place suffered because of it. I used to order from here for my family all the time, but after the recent string of terrible deliveries I don't think I'll be ordering from here any more. Cold or damaged pizza is the norm now. Really crummy way of management to save a few bucks - your product is much worse because of it.

Worst phone ordering experience I have ever had

Can't judge the atmosphere of a place where there is not a dine in let alone a place for walkin a seat to wait for their order. However yku can see that your order is being prepared in a clean place.

Hands down the best pizza place ever. Always fresh and generous with the toppings.
