This location was filthy the manager said I didn't order my food that I ordered there. I always order it to go and she said it must be at another store. So I called the other store and they said it's not at that store. So she said look either order something or get out of here. I don't have to put up with your attitude. I said my attitude. What do you mean my attitude? I'm just simply trying to find out where is my order. She was a Caucasian lady with tattoos. I'm quite sure she's been rude to other people before. If I were you I'd find a way to put her in the back or out the back door because she is not management material and I'm not exaggerating on any portion of this story. If you are the owner of that store, go back and look at the type of my purchase. You'll see how she reacted

Spoke to manager Sammy, told her about the food not being up to par with what i know papa johns to be. She told me the only thing she could do was 30 percent off my next order. Why would it be a next order with poor food. Not an apology for not being up to the stand but I'll take 30% off of your next poorly made meal. Sammy customer service needs some improvement.

I would leave zero stars but I canât. Tonight I ordered a NY pepperoni and added additional toppings. They willingly paid for extra toppings. Pizza came and there were zero pepperoni on the pizza. Called the store and the 17 year old âmanagerâ said thatâs what I ordered but without pepperoni. Nope thatâs not what I ordered. He wouldn't fix the problem AND hung up on me. So next time I will call the store to order and not pay for it until I get there and the order is right. Yâall beware when ordering online. They will screw you over.

Really bad delivery and customer service , I placed an order and waited 2HOURS for it to be delivered. And I called their store 2times and none of them picked up.

What happened to Papa Johns?!? It used to be pretty good. Now the flavor is completly off. The sauce is differant? Why is the cheese lumpy like ricotta? Why did it look like they used my pizza for a game of ultimate frisbee before handing it to me? Papa used to be my favorite growing up, now not at all. Man i feel bad for Italy even calling this pizza.

Used to order Papa Johns all the time, same location & the pizza has gotten progressively worse over time. Tried again tonight, feel cheated on toppings as always. This is suppose to have 2x black olives. And can ANYONE in that place actually CUT a pizza. Sheesh!! Yeah I should've known better.

I just wanna give a shout out to the awesome people at Papa John's tonight. Not only did they deliver so quick (15-20 mins earlier than the estimated time), the pizza was hot and delicious! This is why Papa John's beats out Domino's and Pizza hut every time
