Ordered pizza was delivered raw,called and was put on hold for over 40min and called disconnected will never order again they just steal your money and give you under cooked food

If Google would allow for 0 stars — Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. Our order was cancelled without any notification—no email, no call, nothing. The only reason we found out was because we checked the tracker ourselves.
On top of that, the website pulled in the wrong ZIP code for our address even though the street and city were correct. That’s a system issue, not user error.
We tried calling the store about 20 times with no answer. Then we called the order line to speak with a manager, still not knowing why the order was cancelled, and the reps repeatedly refused to transfer us. After several attempts, the woman on the line hung up on us—twice.
We eventually figured out what happened by noticing the store address on the order. But the lack of communication, the website glitch, and the absolute disregard for customer service made this a nightmare. Worst customer experience I’ve had in years.
You want business, provide service — better customer service at that.

Pepperoni tasted like bacon.
Nobody answered the phone to speak to a manager.
Crust was thin not original crust.
But the #1 reason not returning is the machine making dough, not signature like advertised. Pizza ain't made with sweat anymore!😅
Price was great but maybe better luck somewhere else.

I ordered a pizza from the Crowley store yesterday evening. Had to pay cash for my order. I asked the delivery man if he had change for a $20. He told me no and lied. My bill was $25.80. I ended up paying $40. So he got $14.20 .I wanted to give him a tip, but not that much. I called the manager, and all he could say was I'm sorry and there was nothing he could do. The pizza was good, but I will not be going back.

I don’t even know where to begin, ordered a flavored garlic Parmesan and there was no flavor in it paid extra for it and I didn’t even get it also ordered garlic Parmesan sauce and I didn’t even get that don’t recommend ordering at all pizza looked to have been abused and not fully cooked no wonder it only took 5 minutes to make you sure can tell last time I order from papa John’s looks like an animal made my pizza or at least tried to eat it ZERO STARS

I ordered two pizzas with garlic cheese crust. One arrived without the garlic cheese, and the other wasn’t even stuffed crust as ordered. I called to let the manager know, but instead of listening, he insisted the driver “assured” him my order was correct. I even offered to FaceTime or send a picture to prove it, but he argued me down.
At the end of the day, I paid for something I didn’t get, and I don’t have time for the runaround. Very disappointing experience.

I was actually at this location as a delivery driver and even though there was a mix-up in regards to the delivery that I was supposed to pick up, everyone there was informative respectful and trying to figure out what we could do to take care of the customer. Not just one person from the person who rated me at the desk to the cooks to the manager everyone became involved to find out what was going on with my customers order and I felt like my customer's needs or being addressed as well as me as a driver I felt like my time was valuable in their eyes as well and even though it was nothing due to their fault at all they were very professional and overall awesome crew. I appreciate them very much for that. My next order was actually at one of their competitors in which the order was there and the person that met me at the counter never looked to be in the eyes once said it would be a 3 minutes more and when I said something her co-worker told her I was talking to her she came plopped the pizza down didn't say a word and as I asked her something and she walked away talking
as if I wasn't there. This gave me even more appreciation for the crew at Papa John's

The 2 young men and 1 young lady there were very nice and quick!! My heart absolutely goes out to them though because their air conditioner was not working and they were struggling with the Texas heat & humidity! Hope that gets fixed soon!

Would be nice if the employees at this location stopped setting their status to 'closed'. Can't order online, phone rings and rings, yet I can see people inside....
Store management really needa to step up and figure out why their employees are handing out the wrong orders and why the store employees can't male a simple 16 piece. If your looking for a location to order from its not this one. Order from another store.
