The 2 young men and 1 young lady there were very nice and quick!! My heart absolutely goes out to them though because their air conditioner was not working and they were struggling with the Texas heat & humidity! Hope that gets fixed soon!

Store management really needa to step up and figure out why their employees are handing out the wrong orders and why the store employees can't male a simple 16 piece. If your looking for a location to order from its not this one. Order from another store.

My husband ordered pizza from there doordash didn't even knock on the door ring the doorbell they just said our pizza outside in the cold but the pizza place was very kind and we made the pizza the only problem after that was I'm highly allergic to mushrooms it wasn't supposed to have any mushroom or onion to make sure a mushroom or onion or whatever drop into a container or whatever because I had an allergic reaction because of a mushroom that was underneath the cheese I just think they should really pay attention and make sure when somebody says know whatever on a pizza then make sure it's not on there

Had a delivery driver that can NOT speak any English argue with me in Spanish that I did not pay for my PIzza!! The quality seal was open when he gave me the dang pizza! Then yâall too sorry to pick up the phone so now I got to drive to get my money and a NEw pizza made. Corporate needs to know how HORRIBLE this location is and fire the manager. NO more Papa Johnâs for me!!

Sadly, another Papa John's location, and same old age issue: Nothing is changed more than 2 years later- still not getting the orders right!
And, it doesn't look appetizing or tempting visually.
This location was filthy the manager said I didn't order my food that I ordered there. I always order it to go and she said it must be at another store. So I called the other store and they said it's not at that store. So she said look either order something or get out of here. I don't have to put up with your attitude. I said my attitude. What do you mean my attitude? I'm just simply trying to find out where is my order. She was a Caucasian lady with tattoos. I'm quite sure she's been rude to other people before. If I were you I'd find a way to put her in the back or out the back door because she is not management material and I'm not exaggerating on any portion of this story. If you are the owner of that store, go back and look at the type of my purchase. You'll see how she reacted

Spoke to manager Sammy, told her about the food not being up to par with what i know papa johns to be. She told me the only thing she could do was 30 percent off my next order. Why would it be a next order with poor food. Not an apology for not being up to the stand but I'll take 30% off of your next poorly made meal. Sammy customer service needs some improvement.

I would leave zero stars but I canât. Tonight I ordered a NY pepperoni and added additional toppings. They willingly paid for extra toppings. Pizza came and there were zero pepperoni on the pizza. Called the store and the 17 year old âmanagerâ said thatâs what I ordered but without pepperoni. Nope thatâs not what I ordered. He wouldn't fix the problem AND hung up on me. So next time I will call the store to order and not pay for it until I get there and the order is right. Yâall beware when ordering online. They will screw you over.
