Pizza was a bit undercooked and not cut unfortunately. Flavor was good but could have been better if it was cooked 5 more min longer.

Ordered through the app. Delivered in a reasonable amount of time via door dasher that left part of my order on the counter. Called and spoke to someone that was really awesome! She sent them right back out with the rest. Only reason it's getting 4 stars is because the pizza could have been cooked a little longer. Not sure if they were super busy and pushing orders through but the pizza needs to be cooked longer. Other than that had a great experience with this location!

Ordered pizza there tonight and it came in about 40 minutes, right at 7 pm or so. It was completely undercooked so we called and were told a new one would be sent. 8:32 and the second one arrived cold, called to ask for a refund and got told a manager had to handle. Absolutely disgusting customer service and will never go back. Don't give these people your business.

SECOND time this place’s staff was rude/got my order completely wrong & tried to blame DoorDash. Always expect a wrong order & entitled staff members at this location. Could’ve got a better frozen pizza ?
I’m addicted to Papa Bites and this store hands down makes them the best, compared to any and every other papa John’s I’ve tried them at. I’ve had them from at least 5 other stores, and every time I order them from here, they are made to perfection. Had to give credit where credit is due.

Do NOT ORDER PIZZA HERE! We have ordered food from this location at 7832 Crowley rd Fort Worth TX quite a few times. This time our food was under cooked & not safe to eat. The managers did not care at all. They even said they didn’t care if I gave them a bad review or not. Terrible food terrible service!
