I received my order 28 minutes after the app said it had been delivered, I called to find out what was going on and the delivery driver stop off to delivery another pizza. By the time I received my pizza, it was cold! I'm so pissed!

The pizza came out perfect this time..the crust was crusting and the peperonis was pepping ..pizza tasted fresh and was perfect..whoever made it needs a raise

I’ll tell you why the delivery orders are terrible. They are pocketing tip money from customers that should go the DoorDash driver 100%. I recently came back from college for summer break.Mind you I am a doordash driver: Every order that pops up on my screen, is awful. 3.50$ for a 6 mile delivery. Last year, they use to be at least 6-8$. Pizza places like pizza hut and papa johns have habbits taking money from doordash drivers. Now nobody wants to pick up their orders, and the customer’s pizza is cold. That's so sad. Its honestly disrespectful to us delivery drivers, it shows that they Dont care about us😩.

I pre-ordered for a birthday party. I received a vm 15 minutes after the scheduled delivery time advising door dash would be delivering our food and would be another half-hour. Could have thrown in a breadstick or coupon for ruining the party.. but nothing. Seemed like they couldn't have cared less.

Ordered a pizza and cheesy stick around 9 pm app said it was delivered I never got anything I called the store the person on the phone said it will be here in 10 minutes it's now 11:09 pm I'm glad I was paying in cash I will never order here again
Such a hack job. Last week they took 1hr and 20 mins to deliver. I live less than 10 minutes away. Now it’s this mess? 😡😡😡

As soon as I walked in all I could smell was cat piss. The guy I spoke with at the counter seemed like he was out of his mind/on something.
The worker wearing glasses sat there and stared at all 4 people in the lobby (all DoorDashers) and completely ignored us. Two of us sat there for 20+ min

Worst Papa John's I've ever ordered from this is 3 times I've ordered pizza and it says it's been delivered but get it 30 to 45 min later and it's cold and not what I ordered. 1 stuffed crust with sausage and pepperoni for 37 bucks. Won't order from here again. Oh and I'm only 7 min away from the location.
