Ugh. Terrible pizza. Thin crust is soggy and limp, not crispy at all. Sauce is bland. Delivery was awful. First attempt they delivered to the wrong address. Finally got my order 90 minutes after placing it. Better late than never? Only just. Gas-station pizza from Quik Trip is much better. Never again.

Online order at 6:02pm. 6:45pm, says delivered, but no food. Called, said internal logistics problem. Driver on the way, I'm the first stop. I live 8 minutes away. 7:00pm, called, different person said delivery just left. 7:15pm, finally arrived. This was way beyond a pathetic experience with how things used to be or how they should be. Sorry, lost my business.

Warning. Don't get the bowl. It's a shallow pan with liquid and no lid, in a pizza box. Of coarse it spills, leaks out of box. You know what tomato sauce does to a leather seat? About $900.00 in damage.

This Papa John’s store has a specific employee who wouldn’t give me his name, but didn’t want to attend me for absolutely no reason because I had a misunderstanding with a customer (when the customer and I ended up apologizing to each other) he was just being very petty for no reason. And ended up not giving me my pizza. I understand that they were busy, but that’s no way to treat a customer or client. Especially if the altercation is not with the employees, but with other people. It’s a shame because I love Papa John’s. People who abuse service like that on not giving you your order simply because they got into their own feelings, should be ashamed of themselves.
It seemed like there was only one guy working but he was respectful and got my food done quickly, thanks i will be coming back for more cheezy

There was only one guy worker i seen when i came in and ordered, he got my pizza’s done in like 10 minutes and he put all the napkins and seasoning packets without even asking, hats off to that guy💯🫡
