If a small amount of time was given for 1 of the THREE employees to come to the front and give an update for our orders I would have unassigned and saved valuable time."F" you Papa John's!

Papa John's over here in the hood is very slow the drivers get lost the manager is rude as fuk and do not eat here if you do pick it up and watch them make your food. Robert the manager is rude!!

Walked in to pick up my order and I asked a young man have he been helped and he said you go ahead. Why was 2 of the employee just looking at me not saying I'll be right with you or nothing. Then 1 of guys came and asked my name and walked away. The guy making the pizza came and helped. This was my first and last time

Simply put. They are incompetent. Literally gave the order way to someone who was not authorized to pick up the order that was done through their online account. Claimed it was through DoorDash. Two separate door dashers said the same thing. They gave it away to someone else.
