I ordered pick up today and my food was cold, half cut and the person running the counter was very snarky I think she needs help or something idk

The girl working the front counter on 12/5/25 @ 5:15pm is by far the rudest person ever. I’ve ordered from this location and never had any problems nor have I ever seen her. Today I’m doing some door dash and I go in to pick up and she basically threw the pizzas at me then argued with me while I’m trying to take pics of the items in the bag which is required by door dash.. I DO NOT WORK FOR PAPA JOHNS I work with door dash. Then she tells me I just need to move out of the way and was just very ugly. I would really like a response on how this is handled cause she really ruined my night.
Update: called corporate and with in the same hour the manager called and wow it’s the rude girl from the front and chose to argue about it over the phone denying everything. Will not come back to this location till she is gone.

Delivery, gets sent to door dash and takes 45+ minutes longer. Food was cold, paid for but did not receive any of the extra items I purchased. This is thier consistent norm. Regular large cheese, wasnt even on the correct crust and crust was 1/5 on the whole pizza. Pathetic.

Unfortunately, this Papa John’s location didn’t deliver a great experience. I placed an online order at 10:38 a.m., with an estimated delivery between 11:22 and 11:33. By 11:35, there were no updates, so I called the store at 11:45 and got an automated message saying everything was delayed, which makes it seem as if it happens often. I called again at 11:52, bypassed the system, and spoke to a polite employee who confirmed all deliveries were delayed. When I asked if my food would be cold by the time it arrived, she assured me it would be kept under a heat lamp. I also wondered why no one had informed me of the delay so I could make other plans, to which she explained she was the only one working and they’d already had $600 in orders that day. At 12:16, I received a notification that DoorDash (to be clear, I had not ordered it through Door Dash) had picked up my order, and it was delivered at 12:42—unfortunately cold, so I had to reheat it. Judging by other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. Employee was nice enough. Seems like a management issue.

First of all, the sign wasn't even lit.
I walked in the door and not one employee so much as looked up in greeting. I had to call out twice to get my order. Whenever anyone asks me for preference I ask for Papa John's.. but I won't ask for that particular location. This was a gift.

I understand it being Friday night and Halloween. But when you quote a time and we plan our dinner around that time. That time has come and gone over an hour late, and no one will answer the phone at the restaurant. So how am I suppose to figure out where my order is? 15-20 minutes late understandable, an hour plus late not acceptable.
Update no pizza no communication almost two ours late.
Update#2 total time late 1.5 hours late pizza was cold and they didn’t even cut the pizza. Horrible service. Long time papa John’s fan no more.

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE..10/24/2025 ordered online and picked up my pizza at 3:45 pm. The female behind the register has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and should not be in that kind of business. As long as she's there, as a frequent customer..I will not return to this location.

Unbelievably rude managers!! He had an arrogant tone and attitude when trying to “rectify” a missing order after the delivery man was in a car accident. He made it seem like I (the customer) was BOTHERING HIM! There are SOOO many other pizza places. Don’t waste your hard earned money on people who don’t care for you.

The first time we ordered everything was wrong, no worries it happens. We called and they fixed it said they would have the new order delivered. Upon finding out they just left it on the floor outside and didn’t even knock. Unprofessional, nasty.

The manager on duty, Beth is very rude does not have any customer service skills and does not care when their food quality is at the lowest it could ever be. I found a very long hair baked into my stuffed crust, pizza, and this isn’t exactly the type of stuffed crust that I was looking for, I would not recommend this location and for someone to take the time to Train the staff on Customer Service because it goes a long way.
