They have started using DoorDash. as there a delivery system. The last pizza I had delivered the DoorDash guy just threw it on the ground at my door, then sent me a text that it was delivered. I don’t know about anybody else, but I don’t like my food thrown on the ground.

Pizza was delivered fast. Overall looked good, however pepperoni and ham tasted off/spoiled. Couldn't eat it because of smell and taste. Hopefully don't get sick. Love Papa John's but this occasion was awful

Well, this is one of our most favorite Pizza places. However, since the last couple of times our vegetarian pizza was super wet at the bottom making it so soggy that we had to throw most of it. it did not make any difference even after re-heating. Guess there was some problem while packing the order.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have tried them a few times over the years and it is always a disaster. The manager tonight even told me that if I don't have problems with Dominoes, then maybe I should keep using them. Wow.

Ordered two pizza online and scheduled a pick up for 2:45. They cooked my pizza early and my pizza was cold. I called to make sure that they received the 2:45 pick up time and they said they did and still cooked them early. Very disappointed.

The employee named “Davis” is extremely rude and was slurring his words which leads me to believe he was under the influence. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Will NEVER order from Papa Johns ever again!!! Now I see why this place is rated 3 stars on Google.
