Excellent as always! We started with cocktails and my French 75 was delicious. Appetizers were steak tartare and escargot and they were both perfection! I had beef bourguignon and my husband had a fillet and of course you have to have the pomes frites l that are extra special! The chocolate desert special with its delicate pastry amazing ?

A wonderfully romantic restaurant with a terrific ambiance and delicious French food. The owner Chris, has put together a fabulous menu and always pairs each of our courses perfectly which further brings out the flavor of the dishes. This is a classy restaurant that one would go to if they want to be guaranteed an amazing night. We have dined here many times and have never been disappointed in the quality of the food or staff. A true Fort Worth gem.

Fine dining at its best. Why would you go to these new trendy restaurants where the food is not good, the staff service is poor and you can't hear the person across the table. Paris 7th is the best restaurant in town.

Dinner was amazing last night. I loved the sea bass and that bonne femme sauce made it so delicious. And those scallops! OMG!!! So good! Big shoutout and thanks to Mark, Joshua and the rest of the crew! We'll definitely make our way back down there again in the future.

Lovely Ft Worth French restaurant on 7th Street. Excellent caviar service! The veal was plump and perfectly grilled and the au jus was light and flavorful. Chris has an excellent formula.
Everything was excellent as usual. The fish was perfect. Was not fond of the citrious oil base butter. Please do change on my behalf. It helps me not eat so much bread and butter. Would not change anything. Josh is always friendly, knowledgeable and loads of fun. Your private room is over the top.

There are no Michelin Starred Restaurants in Texas, but if there were this fine dining establishment would definitely have one and maybe even two stars! Really it's that good in everything it does. Fine food, top notch service, great wines and attention to detail shows in everything from the moment you walk in the door to your departure. The Chef personally greets his guests and is genuinely interested in your comments. Highly recommenced.

Paris 7th has become our go-to for special celebrations. The service is by far the most professional in North Texas and the cuisine is simply excellent. They do standard French dishes with an exquisite attention to detail that surpasses any restaurant I have visited in North America. Not only is the Dover sole, for example, perfectly prepared, but so is the medley of multicolored heirloom fingerlings and garden veggies it brings with it. The amazingly seasoned steak tartar comes accompanied by a precisely carved caperberry, some beautiful and flavorful cornicons, three different varieties of tiny olive, a meticulously rolled, vinegar-cured anchovy fillet and a lightly pickled cipolline. Just assembling this single remarkable course, let alone sourcing and preparing all its wonderful components, must take more time and attention than an entire meal receives at a typical restaurant, even one at the "high end". Traditional French faire done with astonishing competence. There is no better restaurant in DFW.
