I've been a customer since they opened on highway 377, im really happy they built one closer to me.

I am absolutely disgusted. I ordered the lettuce chicken wraps and found a press on nail inside my food. This is not just gross it’s dangerous. I went back to show the manager, and his solution was to offer me a gift card. Why would I ever want to eat there again after finding fake press on nail in my meal?
This shows a complete lack of awareness and accountability. Food safety should be the bare minimum, and clearly it’s not a priority here. I will NOT be returning, and I hope they take this seriously before someone gets seriously hurt.
Do better.

Cannot say more positive things about this location and Malcolm. Got the firecracker chicken and orange chicken and it was superb. Super fresh!

Edit (12/21): I am not interested in discussing this matter with your company. My suggestion is to do better and ensure your chefs understand the importance of safe food practices. Again, I will not be eating from Pei Wei anymore after this experience.

The pad Thai is disgusting don’t get it. It’s strange red sauces mushy.

Ordered food via Uber eats, the wonton soup tasted like it had gone bad, smelled like chemicals. The hot and sour soup was so bad I couldn't get passed the smell. Chicken fried rice tasteful like soap and chicken broth. I have eaten Pei Wei food numerous time and it has never been bad. Lettuce wraps were good and other than being dry the Chickensnd Broccoli was decent. I feel bad enough that I was the one that convinced my family to order this. Now we will have to order somewhere else.
Not a cheep mistake. Should have just cooked dinner.

I ordered my dinner through Uber Eats. So I cannot comment on the service or atmosphere of this restaurant.
The food however is very sweet. Sugary.
I ordered the Gen. Tso chicken, with fried rice, green beans and pork egg rolls. And a mandarin orange tea.
My first bite was into the fried rice where I was surprised to taste sweetness. In fried rice?
The general Tso was more sweet than spicy. And the Green Beans tossed in a garlic chili paste and very sweet sauce we're pushing the limits of my sweet tooth.
I was not impressed with the egg roll. Although I'm thankful that they didn't find a way to incorporate sugar.

Food was not great. Got the pad thai, sesame chicken and crab rangoons and none of it had good flavor or texture. It ended up making both of us sick that night. Wouldn't recommend.
