The first few times I went, the snowballs and service were top-tier! The last couple of visits were less than stellar. The service was standard, and the snowballs weren't as flavorful. I'm uncertain what has recently changed.
I was blown away by this place! Tons of flavors and super delicious shaved ice, with optional cream and even ice cream, the combinations are endless. This place out to be more popular than it is - it's some of the best I've ever had. Go check it out!

I don't wanna sound like a critic here but I recommend checking for proper ammount of syrup flavor just past the round top of your shaved ice as you get to the rim of the cup. I mean it's like what...10 cents worth of syrup that already should be in there so people don't pay $7 for 24 oz of plain ice.
Only reason for the 3rd star is because after returning with my cup of "snow" to the service window they did...
