Perrotti's Pizza

This order was the worst!!! Both of us at the same time while eating said it smells like cigarettes, someone smoking while making it who knows
but it tastes so gross and threw away a large pizza. Never again will I order from there.

This was my first time trying this pizza place and overall, the flavor was great. The crust was delicious and the sauce had really good taste. The only downside for me was the toppings. They just didn’t put enough on the pizza, which made it feel a little overpriced for what you get.

If they were more generous with the toppings, it would easily be a 5-star experience. I would come back again, but I would order inside to make sure I get the toppings that I am paying for.

Best pizza in town!!!!!!

Exceptional customer service. The pizza is incredible- this is coming from a Chicagoan. I especially love the sauce and quality of cheese. I tried the breadsticks today with my personal pizza and they weren't kidding when they said they're huge! Picture for reference. Austin and Tavis are fantastic.

FIND A NEW MANAGER.

Ordered stuffed crust online to find out that this location doesn’t make stuffed crust. I asked before I left if there was a price difference and was told no. Then I check, turns out there is a difference. I went back, explained to the employee, but was told that I would have to wait until the next day because she didn’t know how to do that. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they weren’t there. I waited for the employee to communicate with the manager to resolve the issue. The manager reiterated that she wouldn’t be able to do it until the next day. I didn’t even speak to the manager until I said I wasn’t leaving without my refund. When I DID speak to her, she interrupted me and was extremely emotional and impatient. The issue was only resolved I’m assuming by the owner when they refunded our order.

I feel sorry for the employee who was only doing what they were told. Hopefully the owner sees this and lets the manager know how to do their job.

I came here for takeout and my food was fresh and the service was definitely a thumbs up! The manager Kris was so amazing makeing sure my takeout order was kust right! I will definitely be going back!
