I paid nearly $36 (w/delivery fee and tip) to have a medium supreme pizza delivered to my home. I live 3 miles from the store and it took over an hour for the delivery. The pizza was completely cold (maybe because the driver did not have it in a warming bag). I had to nuke it in the microwave before eating.There was hardly any meat on it, mostly green peppers and black olives. Highly disappointed. I won't be ordering again.

Hi Perrottis Store Mgmt Team,I have been getting the same Pizza at your Sycamore location for several months now, and it has been GREAT! But, this evening the pizza was really really bad. The crust was under cooked and the cheese was almost undetectable. The salad was good and prepared just as I ordered it. I would have come back to the store, but there was a traffic jam at Sycamore. ? On another note, the person working this evening, was eating another restaurants meal in the customer area with that restaurants name all over the meal box. ?

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. I knew this place was struggling so I gave it an opportunity. Not only did I have to wait 20 min for a pick up order (cause employees were on their personal phone) but the pizza was horrible. I threw it away. Crust was chewy like it wasn’t even cooked. Cheese was over flowing on one side of the pizza that the crust couldn’t handle it. So it just fell apart. It was just plain bad. Wow. So sad
The pizza is always amazing but the real reason I’m leaving a review is the service. Marcus is remarkable, so kind and such high energy. I’m not sure what you’re paying the guy but double it!

This is our second time here. The interior setup of the restaurant calm, spacious, and the furniture is comfortable. The service is wonderful. Marcus the cashier, is very welcoming made our experience there 10 times better. The worker in the back is also very friendly. The food here is amazing. We had a medium sized The Works on Pan Crust, it was beautiful and was cooked to perfection. I’m a bit of a crust critic for pizzas and this is the best pizza crust ever. The bread isn’t too thick where it’s a burden and I would have to drink an entire pint of water. Neither was the crust too airy and hollow where it’s an unintentional mistaken thin crust. This place deserves a full 5 stars.
