this rating is wholly based on customer service as the last 2 times I have attempted to eat here they close early despite posted hours and tonight couldnt order by phone despite multiple attempts it just disconnects so I drove up there and walked in to be told they are already closed despite posted hours being open another 40 min and open sign on and all

Food was good. Service sucked. Tried to order boba (it’s on the menu) just to be told they don’t serve boba 🙄. Finished food and waited 20-30 mins for my waiter to come around so I could pay, but they were never seen again, so had to get somebody else to help us

Ordered food to go for a family of 6. Cost is medium-high, but the food was not too good. They actually burnt the fried rice making it taste very bad. See the picture. The other food items were average at best.

1st time ive been here. Not sure if i was lied to but the waitresses name was supposedly : "Ni" and she not just sucked but i got the feeling she hated me and my family as soon as we came into the restaurant. She acted like they didnt have anything i wanted. She was super rude everytime i asked for anything, never came to our table, had an attitude the entire time, would never say "ok" after an order, would just walk away and give me an ugly face like i disgraced her family or something. I waited for atleast 10 minutes before she finally checked on us, and thats after another server got her for us. He was actually better than her. Everything i asked for she did the opposite, i wanted extra basil: She gave me 4 actual leaves. Not 4 sprigs. Just got the feeling maybe she was having a bad day and had zero personality. So thought i would just give her a break but then when I saw her tending to everyone else except my family and would even laugh behind our backs, i started to feel like she was a racist. The food was decent, but this lady made my food taste crappy. "Ni" needs to be fired if yall want your place to do better. Your only as good as your people, and she sucks at being a person...well at least to me.

Came in between 1-2pm and not many tables were occupied. There were multiple servers taking care of table and not organized very well. Our food came out staggered. First the appetizers, then the pho, 5 mins later came out chicken wings, and then our sushi never came. The other people were half way done with the meal when we had to flag them down for the rest of the table’s food. One of the servers stated that the sushi guy left to go pick up groceries, that we wouldn’t be getting our orders, and that the pho came out fast we could order that. No thank you.

They have roaches. There was 1 on our bean sprouts and basil. And all they said was sorry. Nothing else. DON'T GO.
They have one of the greatest Pho I have ever tried! Check it out, you won't regret it.

The pho itself was pretty good. Everything else was bland. I had to pour the broth from my pho on the other food just for flavor. Staffing seems pretty disorganized. Staff didn’t know who ordered what and went table to table asking if we ordered what they were bringing. Also, they rarely come back to check on you from time to time. If you need something you must be the one to approach them. Oh, and they watch you to see if you’re leaving a tip which was really uncomfortable.
