Service was good, decorum is very clean. All of the food was very fresh, spring rolls were amazing. Pho broth was a bit lacking in depth and richness.

Waited about ten minutes to be seated, staff saw me but didn’t even acknowledged me. I figured they didn’t need my business, so I left. On another occasion I ordered to go and the food (pho) was cold, like straight out of the fridge. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

This is the most bland pho I have ever had. It wasn’t even served hot. Luke warm at best. The noodles were still stick together in brick form. Hardly any meat and the meat that was in it was dry like leftover or really over cooked I had the beef and hubby had the chicken. They taste the same. Like water. Then I asked for some chili paste or oil to add flavor and they charge 50 cents for about 2 tablespoons and it wasn’t even hot like they warned me. One would think with Pho in their name they would serve it up right. Spring rolls mediocre at best. Shitiest $40 lunch we have ever had.

I had a dish with noodles and chicken beef shrimp and a few vegetables. It was delicious and it was pretty big. It's just something about noodles costing $15 that gets me. I am interested in trying their soups. Unfortunately I did not check the price of the soups. I would probably recommend it if you like Thai food, but be ready to pay out your nose for it .

Food lacked any real depth of flavor that you'd expect in Vietnamese cooking. Did not finish either the pho or the noodles, and took close to ten minutes for the staff to get a check to us so we could leave.

A bit pricey. Good food; but for a bowl of beef phö, a bit pricey. Also, they only serve one (large) size.

My dad always said the key to finding good pho is to just take a look around the restaurant. If you don’t see other Vietnamese then just walk out and save your money. Let’s just say my dads theory has been on point every time and I’ve tried over 150-200 pho restaurants mainly in Seattle but also Denver, Phoenix, Cali, Houston and now many in DFW.
I usually make my own pho but thought I’d try another Fort Worth pho place to try and prove my dad wrong just once. Well we ordered an extra large pho, chicken vermicelli, and egg rolls to share. The pho had very little flavor and way too many water soaked noodles. The broth was lacking the aroma flavors you get at even average pho restaurants. Maybe a cook didn’t drain the noodles idk but it’s my top or 2nd worst ever. The service was decent and atmosphere fine but pho was horrible, eggrolls were decent, vermicelli bowl ok but definitely overpriced for the quality. My wife had already taken toddlers out of vehicle or else I would’ve left after looking inside. Not one Asian person and only 2 other tables filled in a huge restaurant during peak dinner time.
Our favorite so far in DFW is Ba Le Restaurant in Arlington.

Broth was awesome. Meatballs are great. The sliced beef was a little dry, but the broth definitely made up for it. Everything was packaged well. Would go again, just maybe not take out next time.

Food was pretty decent. We order from here a lot. I like the combination rice. Chicken can be dry, but the beef is really good.

When you try a restaurant you've never been to, you always imagine that you're finally going to find a place where the food tastes like you expect it to taste. 99% of the time, it does not live up to what you would hope it to taste like.

I had the Curry Rice Noodle bowl. It was everything I hoped for and more. There is absolutely nothing I would have changed. The spice level was perfect, the broth was robust without being overpowered, the noodles were perfectly cooked, the beef was flavorful and tender, the condiments were fresh, crisp, and flavorful, and the portion was plenty!

My family all loved what they had as well, and the wait staff were super friendly. When she looked into my wife’s Pho from the kitchen, she asked that more brisket be added from the lady that may have been in training, which was very kind of her. She made sure we were well taken care of.

When we are back in town, this will be my first stop for food again!

I was disappointed with both the serving size (not tiny but not great either fir the Pho and noodle grilled meat dish) appetizer was so tiny too. Prices are ok. Tastes was not up to par...especially the Pho.

Weak pho. Service was good. Thankful I didn't try anything else besides a too sweet tea that was left behind with the chicken in the pho bowl. Surprised of this in such an area.

The manager is absolutely disrespectful and has absolutely poor customer service and is very unprofessional.

I ordered food and then ordered to go.. accidentally left the go order and they through the plate away less than 5 to 10 min of leaving establishment. I asked to have it remade and the host said yes. Upon return, the manager called and told me he would be charging me to make the food over full price although it had been untouched.

I asked for a refund and he proceeded to yell at me and argue as if i knew him personally. Very tacky and unprofessional. Not to mention we gave $15-20 tip.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
