This was one of the nastiest experiences I’ve ever had with a pizza place. I ordered ham, Canadian bacon, and pepperoni, and they completely screwed it up. When I called to fix it, the guy on the phone had the audacity to act irritated and told me “ham and Canadian bacon are the same thing”—seriously? Either he’s clueless or just lazy.
But the real kicker? There was a freaking hair baked into my pizza. Like, straight up baked into the cheese. Absolutely disgusting. Zero care, zero hygiene, zero customer service. If you enjoy being disrespected and eating someone’s hair for dinner, this is your place. Otherwise, run the other way.

I am sitting waiting for a pizza I ordered online. I guess they are running behind. One team they have in here is full of energy and a great representation of the company. Tonight’s team seems downright uncaring and could care less about anything let alone the customer. If this is the attitude of Pie Five I will not be back. There is a lot of good pizza out there.

I was pleasantly surprised with the food at this place. The Italian crust was excellent and crispy, the ingredients were fresh, and the variety was nice. Beef pepperoni would be an excellent addition for those who don't eat pork, but the spicy chicken was a very good sub. The atmosphere was nice, and my wife enjoyed it. We drove from N. Dallas, and were happy to see the special they offer on Tuesday's and Wednesday's. Lastly, the gentleman that helped us was very welcoming.
The pizza is great. But today is the second time ive ordered on the app. Then when i get to the store 20 mins later to pick up, the employees are standing around or outside and my order hasnt even been started.

I was hoping things would get better here after a while but not so much. I’ve been here 3 times within the last 2 months because I love Pie Five so I tried giving this location benefit of doubt. But every single time they are not stocked with most of what we’ve wanted. I’ve come early, late, it doesn’t seem to matter. I do not recommend this location.
