I am sitting waiting for a pizza I ordered online. I guess they are running behind. One team they have in here is full of energy and a great representation of the company. Tonight’s team seems downright uncaring and could care less about anything let alone the customer. If this is the attitude of Pie Five I will not be back. There is a lot of good pizza out there.

I was pleasantly surprised with the food at this place. The Italian crust was excellent and crispy, the ingredients were fresh, and the variety was nice. Beef pepperoni would be an excellent addition for those who don't eat pork, but the spicy chicken was a very good sub. The atmosphere was nice, and my wife enjoyed it. We drove from N. Dallas, and were happy to see the special they offer on Tuesday's and Wednesday's. Lastly, the gentleman that helped us was very welcoming.

The pizza is great. But today is the second time ive ordered on the app. Then when i get to the store 20 mins later to pick up, the employees are standing around or outside and my order hasnt even been started.

I was hoping things would get better here after a while but not so much. I’ve been here 3 times within the last 2 months because I love Pie Five so I tried giving this location benefit of doubt. But every single time they are not stocked with most of what we’ve wanted. I’ve come early, late, it doesn’t seem to matter. I do not recommend this location.

Clean up! Wipe down the glass that’s covering the ingredients! Stop wiping your leaking nose on your forearm while making people’s food! How nasty! I didn’t even order! Once I saw him wipe his nasty nose on his forearm, I was DONE! Dude making pizzas at 2:40ish Monday, 10/21/24 needs to have a different duty without touching food🤢clean up!

We were literally going AT LEAST one a week, although we have slowed down a bit on takeout/fast food so we haven't been in a few weeks. It will always be a go to for pizza! Be sure to get Magic dust and magic butter!
